The Hercules was doing a sweep minutes before my own covert convoy drove by. They always ride ahead of me when visiting sensitive parts of the city. All else is classified and I can't speak on it.

People don’t realize New York have to be patrolled in a sophisticated manner. Anytime you have taxi cabs with lights and sirens conducting a traffic stop, that says it all. I wonder if they use Ice Cream trucks 😢

Can someone answer the question why they need to have lights flashing when sat quite happily in traffic?
To make presence felt to any would be attackers. Visible policing.
@@Dodger9898so when they need the lights to mean something, say at a traffic stop or an accident, a regular driver could think “oh those guys are just sat in traffic trying to get somewhere” Cop gets run over and says “DIDN’T YOU SEE THE LIGHTS?” Seems counter intuitive when you have warning lights to “warn”

@@77R_Do they have their sirens on when they’re parked up dealing with an incident? Perhaps you misunderstood. In the uk we have lights for emergency vehicles when they are parked up so people know to give them room. They don’t sit in traffic with them on as people wouldn’t know whether they’re sat in traffic or actually stopped and dealing with something.
