That second verse breakdown was like my 2 favorite bands in one, the first half of it sounds kinda like something from Alien by Northlane like at the end of Freefall
Shade Astray is my SOTY and this one is not that far behind. I love the "wall of sound" chorus and the final breakdown. Insanely good.

Saw these guys last night in Bristol UK, let me say they dont miss a beat and he sounds absolutely flawless live. All those notes you worry he might not hit, NOPE gets all of them ! Such a fantastic performance and i'm absolutely hyped for the new album.

I don't know really about the song, but that drum fill was probably the most creative way to slow a song down

I really like The Sun Sleeps and I checked out like 15 of their other tracks, but nothing clicked for me. I had the same issue with MTS at first but currently I'm listening to them non-stop. Though I instantly realized that they were super melodic, unlike IA. But I'll definitely check new releases, am not gonna miss them anyway because of reaction channels like yours.
Their old albums are a bit different than their new music but I really loved "Dark"
Other way around for me, I was a little on the fence about IA at first but they completely won me over with EP and the new singles. I really like some of MTS' older stuff like Neverbloom and Requiem but I cannot get into their new stuff at all.

After a few listens I think this song will need to grow on me a bit. It is giving As if it never was vibes when I guess I was expecting a more Grewview-ish sound. It’s great just not exactly what I was expecting.

Tbh i just have not been able to like greyview nearly as much as stillworld or anything before that, but as if it never was is absolutely better to me

Major Silent Planet feels from this. I wasn't actually that big of a fan of their sound until this track.
