Thank god she got the all clear and is cancer free! So glad it was caught very early and surgery removed it all. 💙

I see my nieces quite often and it seems everytime I'm over they want me to watch one of the two Frozen movies with them. So I pretty much know those movies and their associated songs inside and out. I already loved the studio version but when I first heard the one you are reacting to here it simply just blew me away with energy, passion and that PERFECT mix. The instrumentation and backing vocals are incredible too.
I actually have been looking forwards to your reaction because of the musical theatre genre the song has, and Floor's (ofc, m. t. trained) perfectly matched distribution. And of course you never disappoint when it comes to content like that, so... Please keep up the great work! ♥

Floor Jansen just underwent (successfully) surgery for the removal of a tumor after a diagnosis of breast cancer. Hopefully it will have gone well and she will end up cancer free.
if you want to see Floor's acting on stage at its beest the best song would be face your demons live in amsterdam. its amazing🥰
There is possible no copy-right for this concert as Floor has Crowdfunded its registration! Thousends of fans took part from all over the world and this enabled that everybody can see this.
Floor is releasing another single from her upcoming solo album on Friday.

Fantastic reaction and breakdown....During the lockdown Floors daughter Freya watched Frozen probably over and over and this song stood out , so she decided to learn it and of course sing it for Freya .
The thing with Floor is that " Tone" in her voice , its just incredible, it has this cry in it .....your voice is your voice , you cant teach that .
My 4 year old granddaughter also loved this movie and so I played Floor's version to her. Her reaction made me chuckle when she said, in a very serious tone, "She's not bad nanny!" Priceless! 🤣🤣

Floor is a singing / rock goddess. Such vocal talent.. I also love how she uses her hands and body to convey the mood of the music. She is wonderful at her craft, a true master!!! Floor has a little girl that probably loves this. There is a video of Floor and her horse. A great change of how we usually see her. She is so relaxed and happy... A MASTER! This lady is a gift from heaven and GOD.....
FYI - the band is the Marcel Fisser Band, the same one that did all the amazing work on 'Beste Zangers'..!!
Late to the party, but the way you incorporate humor with clever insights and knowledge, and an infectious enthusiasm makes this such a good reaction to watch.
You mentioned POTO with Henk Poort on Beste Zangers. The producers brought in the Marcel Fisser Band for it. Well Floor has them here too. And you know you're top drawer when Floor hires you.

I hate the movie frozen, I never liked this song. BUT, I definitely listened to it with Floor and I just loved her version. It's nice to see fun and genuine reactions like yours.
Floor has also covered Heart's 'Alone', Lady Gaga/Bradley Cooper's 'Shallow' from 'A Star is Born' (as a solo performer) and a mix with Queen on 'Who wants to live Forever' from 'Highlander'.
When I'm visiting my mates who have frozen obsessed kids I get them to play Floor's versions cos it's a lot less shrill

I so enjoy your channel young lady.. I want you to sing what you hear... I so enjoy the way Floor uses her hands to express herself. She is a treasure of a performance. Such talent and easy to look at. She is drop-dead good looking..!! I wish her the best.. I pray for her and the doctors, nurses, and technicians who are helping her fight this disease. Nice one, really liking you going into all those details. You should check out Floor doing Face Your Demons from the same show 😊 It's obviously a different vibe, but I think vocally quite interesting and also, once again, really theatrical in the body language part.

Lovely reaction. Always enjoy Floor's energy when she is live but I really love the version from her home studio. It was her first cover that she and her husband did (he did a lot of the video work) during the pandemic and inspired by her daughter Freya. The style is a little heavier.
I think "Hannes" Floor's husband ,did the production of this video as well.

Great reaction & analysis, as usual. I confess, I never expected to hear any reactor pronounce Floor's surname in a Dutch manner! Even Floor doesn't always do it, lol. (I'm not Dutch myself, but after hearing Floor and other Dutch folk pronounce it basically as you did, I figured I'd pronounce it that way too 😁.) Here's to Floor's health. May it be forever strong.

Nice reaction of yours, i love how you analyze the words. i first noticed with "Jinjer - Pisces" with the word "Death". Some pronounciations always make me smile, giggle or at least find stunnigly created.

He brings to gether a lot of great vocalists and instrumentalists from around the world to play and sing on his concept-albums. With Ayreon he created a whole SciFi-Univers in which every album plays its own story. Each vocalist plays one character in the story.
And as far as I know Arjen is the guy who discovered Floor. They work together an many albums. And Floor's sister Irene is a frequent background singer, expecially for the live shows.

Real contraltos like Karen Carpenter or Cher go lower. There are even some ladies who regularly sing down to the 2nd octave. Just look out for female low notes collections.

I notice a recommendation for "valley of the Queens" from the Ayreon Universe live concert, which is a great track. I would also like to suggest the song "Everybody Dies" from the same concert.
