I can't forget the feeling of seeing liyue for the first time, unparalleled beauty.
I can remember when I first travelled there on foot.
When I climbed a mountan near the city, the sun was just rising. I didn't plan this, but it was just a perfect moment
seeing it for the first time at sunrise before crossing the bridge.

I left Genshin for a year or so until my 6 yr old daughter fell in love with it. I always had it installed and she was curious who the cute character was on the start up icon (Paimon). I made her a profile a while back and we've played it almost every day since. It revived my love for the game!

My ex girlfriend's favorite region was Liyue. Whenever we had time to play together, we'd have "dates" from Liyue Harbor to the Mt. Hulao. But her favorite spot was a bench overlooking Qingce Village.
She said if there was anywhere she'd wanna live in the game with me, it'd be there.
We broke up three months ago, and I don't dare touch the game as much anymore. I logged in again recently, and Adeptus' Solace was playing. I broke down for a solid 10 mins.
Anyways, I'm doing better now and I'm actually waiting for the release of Fontaine. But whenever I pass by Liyue, I'm reminded of my love...
I'm so sorry and I hope you both heal peacefully. I also had cherished friends and lover who I'd play with. They are all gone and It's also hard to play the game. I hope some day we both be able to play this game with complete peace and genuinely have fun. And when we walk past those special places we can smile and remember good times and not be sadened. Ah, that happened to me with a (I would like to say) close friend. We met when I was new to the game, he joined my world and helped me with bosses and such, we climbed the highest peaks, enjoyed the scenery from the floating study. Eventually we told one another about our very different lives from across the real world. He confided in me, I confided in him. We were both the therapist friends in our respective groups and families. We shared many things in common, despite the distance. I would look forward to coming home and seeing that he was online, and we would explore, laughing at missed jumps, glitching around. Then after a year, a month had gone by, and he still hadn’t played. I thought nothing of it, life happens. Skip 3 months, nothing. I chatted to see if he would respond. Nothing. Now almost 2 years. Still nothing. What worries and guilts me still is that he talked of ending things. Everything. I knew he struggled with mental health and suicidal thoughts. He always came to chat about it, and I would do my best to encourage him to push on, that there’s much to live for and many journeys to be had. I am honestly terrified that something happened. Something awful, and I couldn’t help. I cherish those early days. Keep pushing on friend, the journey continues, and many joys are still waiting to be fulfilled
Memories are often a curse more than a blessing, sadly. But hey, I hope you're making some new good ones in Fontaine. :) Good luck on your pulls and may we meet in co-op one day!

Genshin is my memory. Lot of things happened in real life. And genshin always be there. When one patched to another came out one by one, it always as if worked as a bookmark. Genshin always watching my life. From the moment i fell into abyss, from my family is still completed to the day when one of them gone to heaven. I always feel gratefull with hoyo. Always became a good gamer and tried not to do the toxic things. Hope hoyo will be there till our last breath ❤ and thankyou for the beautiful videos

Genshin was only around since late 2019 to early 2020.
And yet for so many of us, it feels like so much has happened in the last few years alone than in the decades that preceeded them.
Listening to these make my want to play Genshin again, but it's soooo time consuming...
Just do the dailies and resin. It wont take long. When u are free, play more🤗
You can spend as much or as little time in the game as you want

Stopped playing....but everytime I listen to this- it feels like home. All the good memories come together.
After doing adventure quests, I always stay specific places on Liyue just to hear these musics. all night.
Liyue will forever be my favorite place
Liyue’s quest was really painful for me, but it was one of the most enjoyable quests I loved it
Good old calm days. Now that fontaine's here, no doubt it's really beautiful and everything but at the same time game feels bit stressful...with getting deeper into the lore. although it does give a pretty great in-game experience but sometimes I just really miss the fun and light stories and sceneries from mondstadt and liyue. it feels so comforting, yet nostalgic and like...home
