White bread recipe:
350 ml water at room temperature.
1 tablespoon sugar.
1 teaspoon sugar.
8 grams of dry yeast.
25 ml sunflower oil.
500 grams of flour.
Bake at 230°C (446°F) for 30-40 minutes.
Bon appetit!
White bread recipe:
400 ml warm water.
1 tablespoon sugar.
7 grams of yeast.
2 tablespoons olive oil.
650 grams of wheat flour.
1 teaspoon salt.
Olive oil.
Bake at 220°C (428°F) for 30 minutes.
Bon appetit!
German bread recipe:
340 ml cold water.
7 grams of dry yeast.
1 teaspoon honey.
500 grams of wheat flour.
1 teaspoon salt.
Olive oil.
Preheat oven with baking sheet to 230°C (446°F).
Bake at 230°C (446°F) for 10 minutes.
Set up a bowl of water.
After 10 minutes, let the steam out of the oven and take out the bowl with the water.
Bake for another 10 minutes at 200°C (400°F).
