There are some stores that have gas stoves with fire burners. But generally in apartments, they all are electric stoves. What you're referring to as barbecue is actually an oven Although I believe maybe you can do some sort of barbecuing in there. But barbecue generally happens on a grill in the open

Please don’t choose Paseo as your apartment as there are a lot of roaches and the community is not that good. It looks good from the outside but inside it’s very bad.
