I am shocked and appalled to hear what Aryan has gone through in USA. 😢
Bahat shock laga sunk. But jinohonr ye ganda cum kia uska kya hua ye pata nehi chala. Texas ki law me unk lie kya charge hi?
Why is he not in India?
Are you serious? This boy should learn from his blunder and bite his lip and take any job. Stay and live in India.
Why didn't you ask him
did he take or want to take any legal action against that family
Sometimes use your brain and ask some useful and perfect questions
Show the face of that husband and wife so who are close to them may know how dangerous they are and also add the audio of that call aryan talking about
If the charges are fully in his favour
He has right to sue them
But I think his lawyer did make a deal with that family to take back the case otherwise ready to face the consequences
May this happened
I didn't like your podcast at all
Sorry dude
It's incomplete

He went to USA as a boy and returned as a man! I wish him a wonderful life ahead!!
@@blueberries2910 I think he had an F1 visa because he mentions about his university reporting to immigration department after few days of not reporting. Actually this is the policy for international students in the US. Interms of University when i searched the name "San Marcos University" it says Texas State University so I will give him benefit of the doubt and call it this university. But the biggest questions I have is: 1. What were his source of funds for a year in his I-20 and 2. Who paid for his flight ticket?
@@djm5242 He answers both questions in the video. He says his fathers friend told him to get a job and save the money for collage fee. Second his flight ticket was paid by his family ofcourse and his return ticket during deportation was paid by the US federal governament. As for the funds for his I-20 his fathers friend probably declared the funds but once he arrived didn't give him any.
Let's be honest and not give him a pat on his back yet, he went to US unprepared without money to pay for his education, broke the U.S. laws by working illegally, which they take very seriously, got himself arrested, and got himself deported with a 10-year ban from entering the U.S. in the future.

I came to UK as a student. When I came, no one, I mean not even my cousins, grand mother etc back in the country knew about it. In the UK, no one knew that I am coming. My father told one of his friend who didn't turn up at the airport to pick me up. I had burnt my boats and was ready to live on the roads but never ever went to any friend or relative. My father died 1 month after I came to UK so the only support I had was lost. I was on my own, all alone, saw the real face of this world, always kept my confidential information secret and went through the rivers of fire. Where there were evil souls, I also found some amazing good souls. Now here I am after 20yrs, with master degree from UK working at the senior-level management position in the central government. Every success has a brutal past which helps you get up the ladder of success.
Awesome brother.. proud of you... you must contact platforms like humans of Bombay humans of India to share ur story ... it will inspire others who are going through the same
Also , it is very strange how a father's friend can pay for your education, while the fee for the college is $20.000 or more here in the US. On top of that, they will provide food and a room to share. That raises eyebrows.

An Indian man from Maharashtra who is about 50 years of age treated me really badly when I joined a new company. He was so rude and behaving like a bully with me from day 1. I had thought that an Indian would behave nicely with me but he was so much insecure with my presence in the team and i dont know why. But I had sorted out things with him and later learnt that he was jealous and offended that why a young boy was hired to a bigger position than him and gets more salary😅
Indians do behave badly with other indians abroad most of time but there are also some nice indians and Pakistanis who supported me.
True, i know...they feel like "CHALTA HAIN"
As an international student, I know very well that an Indian with a business will definitely exploit another Indian just because they are in a stronger position.

Amazing confidence, this guy needs right support and guidance. I wish he graduates soon and study well. What happened in past doesn't define the future
One comment Aryan made was that Indians take advantage and EXPLOIT other Indians. I have lived in USA for the past 50 years. Living the American Dream. In those 50 years I have witnessed many Indians get exploited by our own people. We have been brought up to trust and respect elders- a huge mistake. My own relative complained to immigration when I was in Canada as a student. Anyway, I was lucky that I had proper documentation to live and work there. Jealousy and envy of your success affects the friends and relatives, who are very close to you. They don’t want you to be better off than they are. We tried to help many individuals because we were doing well. Those same people cheated us and became our competitor. I trusted him. My fault. My stupidity. However, I forgive him. KISMAT is everything. Heaven and hell is right here on this earth whatever good things you have done, you will be rewarded sooner or later and those who have cheated others, you will see them suffering right before your eyes.
I am a American Pakistani’s and I have seen many greedy people but this story made me very sad because of someone’s action you suffered a lot. I have many Indians friends here and many who came that struggled. I always helped them and supported them as much as I can, but I would never go that far to hurt someone or put them in jail. Everyone must be respected even if they hurt you, you must have a good heart. I know Pakistan and Indians who come here struggle but that doesn’t mean we give up. Aaryan, education will come to you but most importantly stay at a place where your family is and loves you. You are very strong and gave a great motivation. Got bless you!

Salute to Aryan's courage and patience. I 100% blame his parents. He was a 17-year-old kid and how come they sent him trusting this 'so-called' friend? My father told me upfront that he cannot support my US education. I grinded for 3 years and then got a full scholarship for my master's. Some people think they don't have to pay the piper and they take up any 'too good to be true' deal in front of them. I will never send my kid to a different state in India let alone a different country trusting a friend or a relative.
exactly how you could do you send their son in such conditions.....relatives are the most corrupt species in this world
yeah bro u are absolutely right , why can someone expect their friend , not even a close relative to pay a hefty fee of 19k dollars for ur child , that's not how the world works , if u cant afford then simply learn to say no to ur child
Something is not Right ?
Parents want gud for their children may be due to lack of knowledge they belived,.. but at the end they never want wrong for u...
Indian parents are star struck with having their children study abroad and eventually settle there.
What the child may have to go through, e.g. loneliness, away from family/friends, cost of living, suitable accommodation, financial stress, etc., they cannot or refuse to acknowledge/accept.😊

Suggestion to students:
When you come to US you need to think “Who brought me to US?”. The answer is “your college”, or “your employer” whatever may be the case. So everything you need to ask your college, also report to them what is happening, not relatives. Also keep in touch of other students who are doing the same course.
The victim's message was correct. Don't depend on anyone or any organization. If you go to US or another country for education, go with enough money to complete your education. Don't go with a mindset that you will rely on someone else or work cash jobs to pay for your education, which is impossible. If you go for a job, make sure you have (i.e., the employer has or finds) a job/project. College did not bring him. He brought himself here. The college will kick him out if he (i.e., the student) does not pay the tuition fee before the deadline for a semester. The college will not keep a non-paying student for one semester, unless the student also has some sort of a scholarship or teaching assistantship (TA).
no country cares about what your circumstances are, the law is the law. if you were trafficked then you can claim asylum. The problem with indians is that they dont do enough research and hindu society is such that you just have to listen to what elders say. if the elder uncle tells a young girl to come sit on his lap she must do it, no thinking. But in the real world once youre 18, they expect you to have some brains. You cant be like my uncle told me this, i didnt know about that blah blah. I know of students who came to UK, didnt study and were thrown out of the course because they couldnt even manage to shop, cook and clean for themselves. That is the state of children in india. The'yre basically kids till their parents die because all decisions are made by the parents
@@anocri Agree to rest but you are wrong about the line “he brought himself here”. For USA you need someone to bring you. You cannot come by yourself. It’s not possible, unless on a tourist visa. Either it will be a college or a job. So you need to report to them all the time. Also keeping company of friends is a good idea. Don’t be alone like the victim. And also don’t listen to one person. Listen to many suggestions from different people like international students, local students, faculty etc
I can't imagine how cruel people can be. They almost ruined this young man's life. The law here is really harsh. Thank god you are free and with your family now!
You've been through a lot at such an young age. "Abroad mai Indians hi Indians ka katte hai" is such a relatable sentiment. It's such a sad thing about us. You are really a brave person, all the best for your future endeavours!

It’s good video for new Indian students.this boy seems very strong&impressive.the way he face&explain situation/hats off to his strong approach.
EXPOSE THE PEOPLE!!!!!!! This is so heartbreaking!
Just to let everyone know, this story is not shown to get sympathy or file a case against those people, I can very well expose them and tell their background to anyone and everyone, but the point of this whole video was to spread awareness among people that, don't trust someone blindly, even if it is your blood relation and be careful about everything, your parents are not always sweet to you, they scold you and guide you through the right path, but if someone is always being sweet to you then there is something sour in it that you can't taste, which you will but it would be very late till then. Now exposing them is just going to create a fuss out of everything, there are thousands of them, we can't point everyone out, we need to be careful and keep our eyes and ears open all the time, but if it'll come to exposing them, then I surely will someday with all proofs and background I have of them as they are living as a refuggee there, and I've told it all to immigrations and customs enforcement which will surely take an action against them one day. God Bless You all who undertstood me and support me, and to the rest of the people, I wish god gives you sense🙏🏻
Good luck with your life man! I came to USA in 2016 and since I came I knew about this things. I never stayed with relatives instead prefered to stay with friends on sharing basis and made my own way. But I have seen many, especially your age kids become easy prey for them and they exploit on their own wish and take advantage of innocence. You have seen a lot even though you choose to spread awareness that depicts good upbringing from your parents and inner positivity. I advise whoever plan for the USA wait till at least graduation. Yes, maturity comes with age. Good luck with your life again and thank you for sharing your story !
People particularly Indians take advantage of kids Sent to Canada, USA like domestic help, no pay. And kids are better if they move out fast. In your case your Chacha and Chachi were demons.
Bro expose them . Let them raste their own medicine
I understand your personal story but it is not fair to generalize your experience to everyone else. Saying that we shouldn’t trust family is like saying we should lead a life where we are skeptical of everyone and everything. I wouldn’t be where I am in life without the help of my family, and I am not talking immediate family. From providing emotional support to huge financial support without a second ( I had a cousin loan me $25,000 without asking a second question when I needed it and I didn’t even have to pay him back, just had to forward the loan to an other cousin when he needed it - all of this for educational purposes). So the gist is, so people are bad and some people are good. We need to be careful in judging people without having a general bias either way. Don’t blindly trust and don’t blindly mistrust everyone. It will be a miserable life if doubtful of everyone and everything.

similar thing happened to me, but not to the extent of which he went through. I was verbally abused and my mindset for studying was spoiled by my relatives. I went into depression. Now I'm 32 and have a remote job that pays okay. But I stay mostly inside home and lack self esteem. Yes don't trust your relatives and at age of 18 I was navive and I couldn't cope with the mental torture. Managing to study computer science engg and at the same time facing constant bashing from relatives after coming back from college was hectic. At that age I couldn't afford to move out or go back to my village. It ruined my life but didn't end me. I always learn new things and challenge myself to stay busy growing. Those thoughts come back and give me pain. its a constant battle to overcome those emotions. It was what god had planned for me and I accept it.
My younger brother also faced it and still he is depressed and lack of confidence.
You are great Aryan bhai 😢. So much suffering and trauma. Universe bless you
This guy is just teen, How he managed all these. It’s very heartbreaking. Salute brother
Yo I discovered this channel right now and this story is off the charts. You could make a whole netflix season out of this madness. Power to you Aryan. I, for one, wouldn't have made it out of jail for sure. Crazy.
Also kudos that you turned into vegetarian just because they used to serve beef. Brahmin here in the US and I love beef but man you're damn strong
You are not a Brahmin in original sense.
@@phoenixj1299 You don't get to decide that.
@@qoweed The definition of the term "Brahmin" can definitely decide that. If yo don't have certain qualities, you cannot be termed as a Brahmin. Brahmin is not something you are born into. It's something you become. Since you love beef and non veg, you already failed one of the main quality. So you are not a Brahmin.
@@phoenixj1299 Show me the definition in the Vedas. More than 60-70% of all Tamil, Kerala, Bengali, Manipuri brahmins eat beef.
So did the rishi-munis after sadhnas and yogs according the upanishads. Do you have a valid source saying otherwise?
@@qoweed wrong. Only Kerala and people from Bengal consume beef in a major way. Beef is only consumed by muslims in Tamil Nadu for the most part. Show me evidence of eating cow in Vedas and Upanishads.
Very sad, greedy people put you through so much pain. I am so sorry for you.
God is with you. You are brave. God Bless You.
All credit goes to his Sister.👍
i have lived in new york for 19 years working in the bank.. never rented or shared with anyone as had bad experience with other family membrs!! its better to live your own and work on your own. your books are correct.. IN NEW YORK, every many for himself!! you need to be singma
The question I have is, how can you send your kid to someone so untrustworthy (and consider a close friend) to a foreign country?
Exactly..I am wondering how his parents could send him without knowing anything about their relatives.
How can you believe if someone else will pay your tuition fees, even in india they won’t pay .. while america is way expensive.
@@Prachi-shasame thing I was thinking..this is foolishness
This is a very comman case where everyone wants thier child to succeed and even a sliver of hope of their childs success( especially in USA) indians are willing to take the risk especiallwhen there a lack of basic knowledge that u are gonna get deported if u don’t show up to college and mostly this risk is usually fruitfull as most people are naturally helpful.
Few Parents want money/dollars asap
Oh my god. That uncle exploited him. Heartbreaking. 😢
Never fall for relative's assurances. I spent one week in bus stand after relatives wanted to me to leave after i stayed at their house for couple of months. Till i could find an affordable accomodation I had to stay in bus stand and lived off a suit case.
Aryan bro you are very very strong. I am so surprised to see this 20 year old boy who has gone through such severe tough times, being so calm composed, well spoken and polite. God bless u man ! 😊
Thanks for bringing this to public. My heartiest wishes to Aryan, definitely he'll be successful in life
Being a former international student at Uni of Houston, i have learned and experienced few things that might help a new kid:
1- Never ever think to drop any semester.( Spring and fall sem mandatory). As student can take off for 3.5 months in summer for a visit back or get an extra job. But Spring and Fall. Nopes.
2- 12 credit hours per semester is mandatory for under grad programs for international students. (12 hr means 4 courses of 3 cr hrs each).
3- if the international student councilor reports to USCIS that you are not registered at school (university) at fall or spring, or taking less than 12 hrs, You are in bigggg trouble. Trust me they report it quite often without asking or letting u know.
3- If for any reason, you can maintain your 12 credit hr status ( write a letter to uscis ASAP about the reasons). USCIS IS VERY LENIENT IF YOU HAVE A LEGIT REASON. For eg : your family back in India is facing hardship and cant afford to send money in this semester etc.
I must say u still had some options to stay there even after your jail time and deportation orders. But again, jo hota hai achay ksy liye hi hota hsi, its good u are back with family.
I must appreciate the patience and inner strength of this brave boy... And the message is loud & clear to all the aspirants and their parents.... I only pray that it should not happen to anyone. But !! There is a BIG BUT !!
You are brave Aryan ! It's hard to find right place & right people in abroad ,there are many students who has faced such things in their life in abroad , its lesson to all students don't trust anyone blindly 🙏But wolf under the skin of sheep is always hard to find . Courage & Love to you . Life has much better to offer you . stay blessed !
Aryan, your composure and confidence are commendable. Your story is one of wrongful experiences. Consider writing a book to inspire and educate the youth. Your resilience can be a beacon for others facing challenges.
This is heart wrenching 😭. Nobody should go through this.
Very sad story but hats off to this boy who stayed strong and came out of all this, went back to his parents 🙏🏽 I wish Aryan a lot of success and happiness in his life. Thanks to him and the host for sharing the story.
His story is sad. But it raises some questions too, how can you expect someone to pay your college fees, take care of your accommodation and food. You start earning 3000 dollars per month(which most of the engineers working in india do not get paid), which is a very good amount when your expenses on food and rent are zero.
Went there to study and decided to not to report to the college on the very second day.
Yes, your relatives/family friends (whatever they are) did a horrible thing to you, which they would have paid for if you fought them legally.
You had an American dream, that's fine but then you should always research and stop believing someone blindly.
Lastly, I have nothing personal against this guy, just pointed out what I felt and I hope this guy does very good in his life, he had a very tough time and must have learnt some life lessons. Criticism is always invited.
Thanks
Exactly, I mean he was ready to leave them. I don't see any motive to send him in a jail (for house in India?!!) If this happened for real then those people are horrible.
Lol. Purchase parity left the chat😂. A 1 lac salary in india is like 60-70k salary in usa
bro tumhari baat ek dum sahi hai but usa ke hisaab se 3000 dollar per month koi badi amount nahi hai.
Bhai mostly log student pe jaate hai or vaha jaake refugee claim karlete hai
Those relatives said jugad karke refugee status dilwa denge and he believed
He was wrong in some part for sure
Not reporting to college is the one
@@THOMAS_SHELBY434 bro. I live their. 40k is good. Even if u live in new york, san francisco, la, Miami, Atlanta like areas then. Min 70-80k salary u need. Anyone can earn 3k per month. 3k salary is below min wage. He was actually getting less salary compared to Texas standard. Cuz he was working 40hrs. Not 20 hrs
Omg! I’ve been to Canada for 51 years, but never heard anything like this. God will never forgive them. God bless you!
Why? Will you pay 19K per year for 4 years on top of providing food and shelter? Some half baked story here… the interviewer is stupid interrupting so many times.
Just look at all the CZcams videos
Though he had to go through this despicable and unwarranted treatment by this awful Indian couple, this young gentleman is a gem, intelligent, and level-headed. His future is bright, and I wish him the very best.
Yes, never trust your country, men/women, especially abroad.
this is very heart breaking story, I think every parent have to learn from this that don't fully trust their relatives. I saw this trait on most of Indian Dads that if you are going outside city or country they always looks for their relatives connections. I know connection is very important but you don't have to fully rely on them. when it comes to children, parents need to be very carefull about their responsibility.
Aryan’s story is heartbreaking. How can someone do this to a young boy? Thank God he is out of this ordeal now. All the best Aryan, just focus on your studies. I am sure you will do lot better in India. Just don’t give up.
Very strong and mature boy.Sent goosebumps
Keep up your confidance and positive attitude... Even a child learns to walk and run after falling first ... We all will pray that you become successful and make your partents and sister proud and that nothing brings your spirits down again ....Insha Allah....!!!
I got goosebumps listening to your story. I stop trusting people except my parents
I am from Trinidad and Tobago I don't speak Hindi but I am very impress by the English speaking comment , I don't fully understand the boy story but by reading some of the comments I have a little idea . Anyway my great great grandparent came from INDIA I do have some love for INDIA and the movies and music. I can't believe how the Indians from India speaks better English than people from English speaking countries. I am sorry for whatever problems he has been through , all Gods blessing to him, I am 72 years old, what can I say, ALWAYS SPEAK THE TRUTH EVEN IF YOUR VOICE SHAKES. Thank you.
🙏🏻Your blessinge mean a lot.
This was shocking!
I appreciate the patience and composure shown by this young man, fortunately he is back home safely
There is just a simple rule - don't lie to the authorities. Good thing he got the proof. Otherwise, even giving them the house would not have worked, since there is no way to withdraw a criminal case without admitting that they lied to the police and hence being punished for that.
God bless you son.Use this experience as a positive learning experience. Don't let that deter you from achieving your dreams in India. Its a good country as any other
I got goosebumps hearing this, could;nt imagine what you have gone through. God bless you man
Wish you a very best in your life young man. I seriously felt bad that you had to go through so much in this young age! God bless you❤️

He went as a kid and returned matured. You will succeed in your life beyond your imagination. ❤
Literally, this story gave me goosebumps, God is there man and karma will definitely hit those people one day, and the best part in your story I realized that you are so strong and positive towards your life that those people did so much bad with you and in the whole video you didn't spoke any bad or cursed words for them.
We all will pray for your success in life and you will definitely succeed in India and conquer the world one day. All the best and good wishes bro. ❤❤❤
More power to you Aryan. You’re already a winner. I hope you will make it to the US again but with different stardom this time. Best wishes 🎉
There are so many mistake in this.
Why depend on others to pay your fees.
Why didn't he contact his school/college
Why didn't he asked around from his work friends.
As a Indian how did he let his guard down.
Many more....
But i feel sorry he has gone through all this.
He was lucky to have intelligent sister who did recording.
Lastly he was lucky enough to come home safe, must be due to his mother prayers.

Dear bro I remember when I was of your age 19 I remembered I had American Dream and no one stood by me well I always wanted a foreign passport seriously after listening to your story I honestly tell you I have traveled to the world solo 20 countries and by cruise job about 100 but still I would love to keep my Indian passport today I am 36 unmarried but still even if I marry a foreigner I would prefer staying in India
as I go with the saying Earn in Dollars spend in Rupees well I remember while I was young 18 years old my dad was in Oman but still his friend didn't pay attention to him my friend since school in Mumbai today is in Canada obtained citizenship and ignored me the one who stood by him only know how he faked his documents to enter Canada he was faking his sickness of bipolar disorder and depression also he was so supportive about the undocumented residents those who come there doing cash jobs I am working as a Security professional but I am still secure in my country and by grace of god I am working overseas on my Indian passport earning in dollar and fulfilling my passion about traveling the world
Everyone , this man hardik has given me a stage to express what I've been through, yes we did have moments where he asked me something and I continued speaking, but don't say anything to this guy, It wouldn't have been possible for me to come out if it was not because of him, and also to clear most of the doubts of people, that yes I did know that I would be illegal if I don't step in the college, but there was no fun of stepping in with empty pockets, those people promised me refuggee status there on the very second day I had landed and I couldnt turn back and catch a flight to India, and when you trust someone blindly, things always go wrong, I was at fault to believe whatever they said and ignore the real facts, but I still didn't expect it all to turn out in this way, anyways again thanks for your wishes guys, and again Thanks to Hardik Bhai for this opportunity, don't say anything to this man, he's a gem of a person guys. God bless you all!
You should have sued them. Those people escaped.
More power to you man.. hope that your evil relative meet their way.. karma 🤞

I am British Pakistani I have seen lot of cases like this from our countries I have lot of friends from India and Pakistan and we often discuss if such things happen, it is a very sad story of Aryan it is unfortunate that his father's friend was a greedy soul but not everyone is like him we have to trust people in life to progress, Aryan went there as a child but returned as a man he is a strong boy welldone to him.
