- Day 2 of our short 2 day getaway on the P&O Pacific Explorer. We Started the day with delicious breakfast, workout, dance class with Cruise Director Sophie, lunch at the Waterfront, Cocktail Workshop (DO THIS!) and finished the night with the Gatsby Party and afterparty at the Blue Room!

P&O Australia attracts me because all their ships are UK Flag. No flag of convenience for me! I'm from USA though, so I would have to fly down there. Unless they do transpacific cruises. 🙂
I have met a number of Australians who flew out here to the San Francisco Bay Area! I have not made the flight down there yet. Someday soon I hope. 🙂

P&O Australia is a small cruise line with only 3 ships. Pacific Explorer is their oldest ship and definitely showing her age but the onboard experience was great and the food was second only to Virgin for us.
All their itineraries are over here and to the south pacific but Explorer does some Australia cruises where you could see a lot of Australia during our winter months. It is a long flight but I feel worth it.
Not too many at the Gatsby party? We are off tomorrow on the Explorer 12 nights, wife has her outfit sorted me not so much lol
Most of the footage was from the pre party. It did get busy to the point I was stuck in a corner and too busy shielding my face from the guy in front of me throwing elbows which is why I couldn’t film too much there.
We also weren’t told of Gatsby night until someone spotted it on the app’s itinerary the night before so many people did not come with Gatsby stuff.
