I used to take down websites like these, reporting to host etc and kept the spam bot on my friends list to do this. They don't give up so educating people on this fact is high needed so thanks.

The “hackers” voice changer is indeed masking his voice, but you can still hear an accent. He sounds serbian or russian, definetly is experienced either way
Pro tip: If you want to detect the real steam login, click on the store tab first, then explore. If it direct you to another tab or website or maybe it says "the steam is down", that definitly a fake one. I can't be sure myself this trick work. Maybe the hacker figure something else. But, from my 1 years experience of trading i usually do this.

I got scammed for an AWP Asiimov back in 2015/16 which made me quit csgo for a year and lose any desire to play or trade skins. I feel sad that people that are hurting others not just by scams but in everyday life and somehow interpret their evil action and wrongdoing as forgivable while they look at themselves as positive people overall.
I genuinely believe that most thieves, scammers or any individuals that are using their position or environment to unfairly profit would probably see their wrongdoing if they could see the bad they've caused and talk to people that they've harmed. However, lack of negative feedback and no official punishment might just strengthen their belief that they did nothing wrong.
All of us need a healthy feedback loop and this is by far the most interesting video I've watched from you Sparkles. Thanks for making it.

You’d think that but the definition of a hacker is a person who uses a computer to access to unauthorized data. So initially it may seem he is just a scammer, but because he can get access to user account information then that makes him a hacker.

its pretty hard to be scammed this way nowadays, you get a confirmation on your phone if you want to MOVE your authenticator, you just have to say no. even if you change it, you will be trade banned, and market banned for 15 whole days, more than enough time for steam to reply to your ticket, and you retrieving your account

If you're logged in steam via your browser, there shouldn't be a prompt to log into steam again. That's an easy way to find out, whether a site is legit or not.

Unless he changed his account password by only one letter or capitalize/decapitalised random letters in the password well.. it's a possibility that he may have access to the account but is really slim I think... I think at most he could get from teamspeak is the IP address and I'm not sure about that and hope much can someone do with just an ip address, I am sure there are a lot of things that people can do with IPs... But... Yeah...
This almost happened to me a few years ago and the biggest way to spot the difference is the steam profile link. The url will be different no matter what
