@@Snnuy Vayne is pretty Quick with her executions tho, you can trust that woman to know what she is doing.
That is actually a very common dilemma they put into stories, ive already lost count of stories, novels, and epic with the same plot, it is a condition where your principles would be conflicting each other making it hard for you to decide or take sides, hence authors and writers abuse this kind of story as it is a common weakness of readers.
I can't get enough lore content. This is great!
I mean, canonically, the Harpy could be a girl that that helped Vayne a thousand times that can turn into a bird at will and Vayne would still impale it without mercy...

@@emanuelstornello8009 that's why I prefer Noxus over Demacia, in Noxus is the survival of the strongest, no matter if you're a Franken-monster, a psycho yordle or a dude who likes to throw axes, if you can take care of yourself, you'll be fine, in Demacia you make a coin appear behind someone's ear and they cut your head with no hesitation

Frankly, the human who was once the harpy 1 didn't want to become one, 2 was afraid and in pain because of the transformation, would probably be appalled by having killed someone, and has already wish for death. Killing the Harpy with dignity is compassion
Because he gives barrier to all the other equipped units Kian has the ability to help them take down the Harpy without losing anyone.

I do think the Grey Legion could be a good story next, it's basically the Lady in White testing her zombie army (with Sion) on a Demacian village, and also in Sion's ephemeral form you can see him smashing Radiant Guardian.

They don't hunt monsters because they killed someone. They hunt them because they WILL kill again if not. That mercy would just lead to someone else losing a loved one.

I think th kind-hearted ranger knight won't be 'Kind-hearted' anytime soon as he develops, he'll gradually loose hope on everything as a ranger knight and would be so cold that he considers people including Vayne as an obstacle due to his perception of the world...oh and he cut ties with his mother, breaking a promise to someone who no longer exist in his book.

Everything Vayne related except the Visual Novel in PC for some reason hits differently, In LOR we see her as a Sentinel hunting down monsters but unlike before she has more interactions with people and who she hunts. In Wild Rift's Visual Novel we see her slowly questioning how she viewed monsters as she worked with them in the sentinels showing her development through those days

I don't think it's wrong to show compassion nor seek out vengeance. But either ends must not be blinded by their ideals. Though, it's also good to have conviction in your ideals as well.
I'm not sure about the lore of turning into monsters but I'm naive enough to believe they can be saved without being killed at the moment.
