For better or worse, through its Atlantic and Asian empires, Spain initiated the greatest global trade routes, exported its language and customs, founded great cities, built the first universities in the Western Hemisphere, and offered the world some of the finest works of literature, drama, poetry, painting, sculpture, and architecture. In sum, Spain has left a profound influence in human history as a world power. With all due respect to my good Serbs, I suspect only an ignorant or prejudiced Anglo (sworn enemies of Spain for centuries) could possibly have thought it proper to lump together Spain and Serbia (?!) in a single short documentary. What an affront!

Felt he could have gone further into Madrid and Spain. I pressed the like button initially then as I realized it wasn't fully about Madrid I removed my like button. Nothing against Serbia, but I was disappointed and felt there was more to Spain that could have been covered.

I left my "like," but I agree that Spain deserves its own full video (as do the Balkan countries, if they couldn't get a full video out of Serbia).

Retiro Park is smaller than Central Park, but equally quaint. The "Casa de Campo", the former Royal hunting grounds, is not right in the center but quite nearby. It is five times bigger than Central Park.

No one thought to correct his pronunciation of Sybele before putting this out?
