I use mine for frosting and covering the whole cake but you need to chill it 4 uhr or overnight

Why is the egg needed? Could I do it without eggs?
It is the main thickener, and makes the caramel smooth and rich , if you will not gonna put egg ,it will only taste like milk with cornstarch, but yes you can remove the egg, but will not taste the same

Hello, thank you 🥰 hindi naman nagiging grainy basta na- dissolve ng husto yung cornstarch ☺️ actually mas masarap pa ito sis, day after ginawa or the next next day

hello, pinaka matagal ko sa chiller na natry is 3 weeks , and still ok pa din ang lasa walang pinag bago , ☺️ basta airtight container and ang gagamitin na pang sandok is malinis and dry to prevent contamination 😊
