We continue to travel far and wide to bring you great content. Today we welcome you to Paradise; The Gates of Edgehill.
The Gates of Edgehill in St. Mary, Jamaica is a new prestigious gated community inspired by tranquillity and serenity provided by being atop the mountain.

I don't have any major issue with the house except that for the price, the living area is too small. It really is. I'm not trying to be boasy or picky. You know when you stay at your grandparents in their ole time British colonial, village style house made of wood and concrete... the space is much more functional. The space is like a 12-20 million dollar home in St. Catherine. And for that price, you can get homes with bigger spaces on the open market. I just wish the developers made the living space bigger because that is where a lot of time is being spent. Also, for that price, I think the master bedroom should have a bath tub and a shower. Yes, I know the amenities are high end and that it is a gated community but the living space could be bigger.
After all of that chatting, the landscaping is so nice though! I love it.

this is my Pro and con of the Diana houses ... " oh yes " ... Just like Princess Diana the Diana estate has some type of houses that the whole world will automatically fall in love with 💕💕 ... the whole layout and styling is so authentic and modern It is hard not to fall in love with one of these Diana dream houses
" oh yes " .. the 24 by 24 floor tiles ♥️ / high top ceiling ♥️ / the deep kitchen sink and dark wood cupboard ♥️ Looking 👁👁 absolutely amazing 👍👍 Last but not least .. " oh yes " .. you best believe I have to mention the properly manicure green lawn and gardening space ... Awww it just let you want to bring out the picnic basket and have lunch one time 🤗😎 .
Now here is my con 👁👁 😭😭 they need to install rainwater guttering around the roofing of these houses because it is a shame to see how the exterior of these walls keep messing up with mud Splash after a rain fall 🙏🙏🙏 please and thank you.👁👁👍👍😎🤗😄😁.

Interesting house. I hate to complain but this video moves waaaay too slowly. Too much unnecessary lingering over a closet for example. This is a nice layout. Huge bedrooms I can see myself in this. Yes ma'am

Love the houses but I would prefer an enclosed garage not a carport. Never know how the rain going to blow in. They are well built all around. Love interior decor. Nice video. Do houses have storm shutters for windows.

Open concept living and dining too narrow, the place is very small. Why not make bigger areas
Perfect. I think I see the type of house I want. What I like about it are: 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, storeroom, garage, laundry room to install washer and dryer. One question : do you have houses similar to these in St james?

I cant understand why these developers can not build quality instead of quatity. Look at the living space..One love seat and no space for nothing else. Ok, lets take away the dining table and but another seat.. dinners will be had at the kitchen counter. Laughable..

Beautiful property but I get the feeling that most of these properties are starting to look very similar and it's just not as exciting to view
Property viewers cud u kindly tell these developers to stop using floor tiles on the bathroom wall. Gosh!!!. Bathroom wall tiles r not expensive eno. And with that price they will still make a huge profit.
