So.. almost 4 million more 4yrs later $$$ in remodeling??? I think not. That's just a huge money grab.
Sold for 1.2M in 2019, now asking 5M in 2023. I'm noticing a trend of homes that are being listed for triple or more of what they sold for 1-4 years ago. Wow, good luck, though I am sure you don't need it.
Love your videos as always but the house itself is overpriced! No privacy in the back yard, no 2nd water closet, no double closets and no rainfall shower head in the primary room.

I don't know what it is with Vegas, but every home I've seen you do that's $2 million and above, the neighbors are almost on top of you. If I'm paying that much money, I don't want the 1st thing when I go in my yard is to see my neighbors terrace. This house the neighbor, is literally right next door. Way too close. I'm not paying $5 million for that. Overall, nice house, but microwave in Pantera? Not sure of that's a Vegas thing. I've never seen or heard of that. At least your outfit is sharp.

A $5 million dollar interior should always have bespoke designer details. This home does not have . Dual washers/ dryers ,espresso machine in kitchen ,dual dish washers machines . Wet bar with ice maker and sink. Sub Zero wine fridge. Privacy hedges, outdoor kitchen todo toilet in primary suite & office . Forgot about the kitchen vent hood should represent luxury. This does not.
I'm disappointed. SHOULD BE A $3.5 million dollar interior
