Good is the best windlass. Better to send back to Good to be rebuilt than replace with Lewmar. No heat shrink on the wiring. Old holes should be filled with west system epoxy, not silicon. Fuse and wiring should be checked and adjusted to power requirements of new windlass. Many details not shown and things done wrong.
