- See how TexDeck EVA foam flooring is manufactured and installed on PowerBoat Television. We teamed up with Superior Textiles to modernize the cockpit of a boat built in the 1980s. All we did was create a template out of 7mm acetate so that Steve's team could precision cut custom pieces. After a little cleaning, the pieces went down in about 40 minutes. What an enormous improvement. And it was easy!

Hi Kali, TexDeck can get a bit warm in the sun. But unlike teak or faux teak it never gets too hot to walk on in bare feet. You don't have to hose it down to keep it cool.
