I love how people still refer to these as a trilogy to try to forget about the dumpster fire that was Men in Black: International.
I don't think International was MIB4? Not because of quality, I figured it was supposed to be a spinoff- good or not.

The first 3 movies are a trilogy in that they tell a continuous story. MiB International follows a different set of characters with a loose connection to the original.

That alien was played by a famous beatboxer, Biz Markie. He passed away recently.
The best scene in the entire franchise was the one bit at the park before J commits to the MIB. The "Imagine what you'll know tomorrow" scene. That was the most clever, most profound, most quintessential scene that perfectly summarizes the point of the Men in Black as an organization. That the world, collectively, is so ignorant to truths and more comfortable with biases, that they are simply not ready to face the rest of the universe.

To make it better, in the book he was the only one that got them both correct. The first test wasn’t the content of the papers, it was to see how they’d improvise when faced with difficulty. In the shooting range he was the only one to shoot the right target. Notice that after Zed asked for his justification his only objection to Kay was that he has a problem with authority, not that he got it wrong.
@@rulyon7222 after reading your comment, it just dawned on me that Zed never said J’s justification was wrong, he actually snickered a bit while J was explaining why he shot Little Suzy, indicating that J was correct in his justification. What made him realize J has an authority problem was his comment afterwards but by that point, I believe Zed was smitten lmfao and I like to believe that K informed Zed of the events at the end of MIB3 leading to K’s recruitment of J

These movies were unique, fun and has some good dramatic moments. There are so many possibilities with the concept of different alien species visiting and all the adventures they could go on that I'd be excited if they made a MIB series, I wouldn't be mad if they were new actors playing different agents either, as long as they stuck to the fun tone of these movies I think it would be a good show. But nothing will capture the magic of the first movie. I'm biased because I watched it a million times as a kid.
