- Long-awaited, and first of its kind, introducing the Grand Sport 50 manufactured by Life Proof Boat in Bremerton Washington USA. This model is outfitted with Triple Mercury 600hp V12 outboards, with joystick piloting and integrated bow thruster. This vessel is designed as a long-range, get-away cruiser. This vessel sleeps six comfortably, includes a full galley, a stand-up head and separate shower, fridge, freezer, ice maker, full canvas sun shade, three navigation screens, FLIR M364C camera, drop bow door, a robust windlass package and much more!

Dude this song is miserable.
What a stunning boat.
You know what would be nice are post holes for the bow to insert poles for a sun shade while at the dock, anchored or moored since you have seating up front. Maybe lay down and take a nap there too? When done just put a cork in the holes.

Here's my dream boat...Grand Sport 50 "GT" running twin diesel jets. Set it up with a weekender/fishing package with the walk through cuddy to the bow. Full blown instrument package setup for both day/night running with integrated high density solar panels for passive charging. And redundant critical systems because we all know...one is none.
Absolutely love this. The other ones feel more utilitarian, which really appeals to me personally, but the GS50 could a “wife seal of approval”. The white paint, and deck colors, and the interior finishes really bring it to life. What an amazing vessel.

@LifepossiblyProofBoats : as a suggestion, please add a water tight doors, to the helm position, for easier solo docking, and quick exit. also most definitely need a big T.V. to the saloon area. with those mentioned amenities, and a few more, it would make for a great small liveaboard. especially for doing the (Great Loop) given the fuel capacity, and nautical range. also possibly look into diesel outboards.

You could put some battens in that shade material to give it some righty and reduce the flapping.
After seeing this as well as the Yacht Line variant, I've reached a certain conclusion:
Your next big announcement is going to be a multi-deck design, w/quad 350 outboards, 1.5m wider, and roughly 45k lbs.
How about taking the room for the port side walkway and widening the walkway in the salon. And maybe a access to the bowe from the salon. The separate shower is a great idea.

I don't know much about boating. But I was wondering, can you shut one motor off and use one in case one wanted to conserve fuel?

Why outboard engines ? Possibility for inboard volvo or other makes with diesel for better velocity and fuel efficiency ,?

Hummm...given the remarks about the owner's water sports focus and given what I saw in two draws and given the close proximity...I'd hazard a guess that this boat belongs to Laird...then again maybe not. Yeah, the build time on a new boat is 30-36 months for most models depending on size. These are good problems for a builder but not ideal for our clients. We are working to add a new 60,000SF facility over the next 12 months which will help add more capacity. thank you for watching!

I like these boats I like the concept but for 799k I can't really get behind that number.
Not really defending the price, but just with the triple 600's, it costs $230,000.
@@corwinllc1209 the 35 gt coupe with triples is 650k on there website just looked it up but either way they are cool looking and most of the price is those motors.
shawn, take a gander at the new Wellcraft 355S that is listed at $900K that is 13 feet shorter than the Grand Sport 50; it all comes down to what someone values a water craft at & how deep their pockets are.

I watched THIS video and found it very interesting, but I meant nothing mean by my comment-you briefly showed how a boat could make its own fresh water and I'm not familiar at all with those systems. You're good at explaining, and I'd love to see a boat that can stay at sea for a VERY long time making its own water and power. Sorry. Anyway hope you have a better day today

You could make a HUGE difference in fit & finish by installing a Sureshade M3 instead of that hokey-flopsy shade with tent poles.

I think the 41' full cabin is something like $1.3-1.4 million. So I'd shudder to think what the price on this 50 GS would be. But it almost has to be in the neighborhood of $2 mil.
I'm sure it's worth it's worth every if you have the money. Because I believe most of their hulls come with a lifetime warranty.
Hate to complain, but ALL your videos of what are great boats start talking about the upholstery before showing the boat. Overview the boat and then go back to the details that make it special. But on this one, you were halfway thru before you talk about the main salon.

Yeah, this can actually go out in weather that you'd never take a Scout in. Just the enclosed cabin alone is a game changer, never mind more berthing.

Thank you for watching. In terms of places to lay down in the boat there is a master queen-sized bed, twin XL under the settee, and the settee itself converts to an additional twin XL. Plus the outside bench is large enough to layout down in the sun.
