Happy Friday guys. Hope you enjoy this new serie. More to come...
does anybody in florida not work for a govt agency? btw, some agencies must be short of cash if they cannot afford PFDs.
Why so low res???
Sorry my fault...
what are the advantages of a R.I.B. ?
@@lancekreis3645 It has several air pockets in an effort to always float. With those soft sides, it can tie up to just about anything and finally what is hard, is a all-aluminum hull.
It's pretty impressive that despite some pretty bad weather there was maybe one or two bow stuffs. Just goes to show when you have the right training you make it look easy
That's because 1) you don't see a gang of drunk munkies up in the bow and 2) those RIBs don't dive like traditional solid hulls because they have the pontoon topsides that deflect water and serve to slow the drop. Almost impossible to capsize, too.
That Coastguard video from Hurricane Sally looked like a typical British summer! RIBs are awesome for that kind of weather hence they are really popular in Britain. in fact they were developed in Wales for the RNLI at Atlantic College.
Those air and marine operations guys have the coolest boat by a long shot.
the Air and Marine Ops was dope

CG boats are water tanks. Love how they’re out there training during hurricane weather. 💪
I notice virtually all of these operators hold good, controllable speeds for each of their respective conditions. That is quite unlike a huge percentage of 'civilian' operators.
When you have 2400 hp and a few beers under your belt...
Just a world of difference between these guys and the other Captains!!!😳
My daughter wants to join the Coast Guard....I'm like....Go for It!
Then she catches you watching this . And questions the motive for your support 😁😁
Hardest service to get into. Highest ASVAB scores required. My dumbsh*t grand-nephew saw a TV show about Coast Gaurd rescue swimmers and decided that's what he wanted to be. Was he shocked to find out his Special Ed. Certificate of Attendance wasn't good enough to apply. Note: he wasn't really SE, he just played sports and his dad didn't value education.
@@toomanyhobbies2011So the old man is SE? 😂😂😂
Air and Marine Operations 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I think what Florida needs is just a few more branches of on the water law-enforcement. Geez!
Oh well if 55 isn't enough????🤷
Land of The free🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Everybody wants to drive a boat on someone else's dime. I question all the small town police AND fire boats (Both?) when they don't even have one marina.
@@BoogieMan568 home of the scared!
@@ericmason349 Nothing more miserable than being on those boats in 100 degrees on open water in full tactical gear. Really pretty awful. And even I’m small towns without marinas crime can happen in the water.
Pretty cool seeing those Safeboats and MetalShark boats in action!
Love this! Man those CBP 4 Engine boats are no joke!
Safe boats for the win.
Those Coast Guard and the Air & Marine Op boats are the cat's pajamas.
Who are the Air & Marine Ops? Not from the US but that thing was a seriously tidy bit of kit.
@@goodshipkaraboudjan Air & Marine Ops are part of U.S. Customs & Border Protection.
🔥👍🏻 Killin the game
Coast guard was the smoothest
Bal Harbor Police, just cruisin... enjoying life.... Waving at the camera, like "yeah, I'm getting paid to do this..... You guys are paying me to do this." ... got it made.
good video. Thank you for sharing. Cheers from Serbia my friend.
Best Trained, Best Equipped USA 🇺🇸👍
I say the same thing when i pay my tax bill
Excellent,thank you 👍
love the thumbnail. who knew you could surf in a boat! great video
Thanks 👍
Badass video
Miami-Dade in that big Contender. Could watch that all day.
Woww..wonderful.
AMO crews dgaf! 😂😂 AheadFull everytime.
The Captain of that second boat really knows how to handle that boat.
Nice catches.
Better than any rec boater you've ever posted.
Considering it's so easy to slow down when climbing a wave, and it's so easy to sit in a trough and follow a wave into the harbor. But guys with 2400 hp and a few beers under their belts have no patience to work with the water.
Not your regular power boat crowd there. A couple exceptions that look like they're just abusing the boats like everyone else. Love the Coast Guard, Semper Paratus!
The government does do a great job of training in certain areas in my experience. This is one of them.
Skilled people with severe duty boats vs throttle jockeys with too much money. The difference is obvious
Air and Marine Operations is part of CBP.
Amazing what trimming the gene properly and throttle adjustments can do the prevent a boat from nosing straight in a big wave.
I would take any of these over any of the fancy "yachts"!
They are not to my liking!
SafeBoats are so sick. We had a 33’ at my first LE agency in the Puget Sound. I loved operating it. Triple 375s.
Marine 33 ?
I wonder how often that fire boat gets used? It was 1 of 2 boats with air-conditioning
That last cop was holding on for her life lol
Things you never see these guys doing: failing to wear life jackets, allowing anyone to ride in the bow of the boat, pussyfooting around while entering or leaving the inlet, and best of all, stuffing the bow. In addition all passengers are either seated or standing firmly braced near the center line of the boat, abreast of or behind the operator. Amazing what you can learn from the pros.
Check out sometime the Navy high performance boats that go out of Panama City Beach outlet into the Gulf of Mexico.
When the Coast gaurd turns around the weather is real bad
They were just doing a regular patrol, once they saw all is safe, then they returned to Base.
If it’s trouble they Don’t turn around!👍

@@karlnordinger5968 Giant respect! Thank you for your service!👍
I live in Washington State where there are a lot of boats. I occasionally see two outboards on a boat, but I don't think I have ever seen more than that unless it was a small trolling motor. Why is it that in Florida so many of the boats have four and sometimes more big outboards?
I liked the Fish and Wildfire boat
I didn’t see a Florida Marine Patrol Boat in this video! LoL
I dig those CG SAFE boats. I think the seatow uses them also
Seatow bought a bunch of retired CG 25’ boats. The CG phased those out in favor of the 33’ variant, so seatow bought what they could at auctions
@@ClayMurray thanks for that reply. I think they're pretty cool boats. the local PD here used them also and i think one FD also.
3:45 beast
These are an whole nother level of boat compared to the weekend warrior fails. This inlet is prettt tame compared to running Hells Canyon
Great video. I am surprised at how few of them are really set up for night operations. I expected them to all have FLIR , Night Vision equipment and major spot lights setups. Does that mean they only operate in daylight?
Oh they operate at night! Don’t be fooled
Thanks for watching!
Yes, only in day conditions. You’ll be safe running those square grouper at night. Trust me, amigo.
You don't need that equipment to run at night. If operating at night it's actually better to have 0 lights on (aside from navigation lights) so your eyes adjust to the darkness. As soon as you turn on a spotlight it ruins your night vision. Only time we'd turn on a spotlight is if we're searching for something along the shore or in the water. FLIR is helpful for searching in the dark but it doesn't do any good for navigating as it's too narrow of a view.
@@conorsmyth9963 Thank you for the response. (The only one which makes sense) Yes I understand that, but I would have thought that there would be plenty of occasions when that equipment would help. For example FLIR in SAR circumstances. In law enforcement to collect evidence or maybe just to pick up a small target. Also in night rescue when "on scene" to be able to flood the area with light. These are just some circumstances where I think it would improve the effectiveness of the Police Force/ Coast Guard etc.
Watch the FWC cop hide the beer he's drinking starting from 11:43, pretty hilarious.
Yea!!,,FOR THE COASTIES, KEEP UP THE 4.+ WORK
8:42- Caption-- Fish and Wildfire commission
“Wildlife”. Florida Forest Service doesn’t operate offshore.
Cool boats, all they need is a few rod holders.
Oh, they have them, they're just hidden from the public !
Just curious what or why the half inflatable boats? Safety I’m guessing?
Looks like Florida has their sh*t together. I watched a large CA Fish and Wildlife boat get hauled out of the water, unsuccessfully. The equipment was all new, F350 Diesel 4x4 with all the gizmos you can imagine, but the guys forgot to lock the front hubs and almost slid down the ramp with the rear wheels spinning. Joe Cool got out and locked the hubs while strutted around...
Air and marine ops is CBP
That boat of Customs and Border Patrol looked like a really expensive seizure from drug runners 😂
It would be great if we knew what kind of boat they’re using. 😉
5:05 bit too rough for ya there capt?
..and Miami Vice?
1:22 who makes that boat? CC way forward ☺️

nice boat handling....they push it....but only as fast as the conditions demand
i'm old school....if you want a boat to always bring you home....don't pound on her
Everyone wants a RIB in their budget
RIBS boat are the best. RAFNAR 1100 is the best boat RIIB
Why does it look like some of these guys don't know how to trim out their motors??
So many government agencies !
Was expecting the S.C.P. to show up next.
(Sandy Clam Patrol)
No Fire Departments . They must have boats.
Spoke to soon 😔
Where the slice of life, with Dexter?
FISH and WILDFIRE COMMISION? 🔥 8:37

With all those branches of law enforcement on the water... One has to wonder how all these boats can be seen on these videos with 17 to 25 people on a vessel that's only supposed to have 9 or 10 and nobody has got enough flotation devices and yet nothing is done... Stop typing Sparky... THAT was Rhetorical!!!... SMH
What agency is air and marine operations?
No idea
Ya down wit CBP?
It's part of US Customs and Border Protection. www.cbp.gov/careers/amo
@@BoatZone US Customs and Border Protection, same agency as the boat at 3:26.
Probly dea linked with border
Wildfire?
Just figured out why tax is so high in the US 😂 those are the most overkill boats 😂
The reason these boats make it look easy is that they are designed for exactly this water and their Captains have training and experience!
A government agency for every day of the month! You get a boat, you get a boat and you get a boat! Everyone gets a boat!
When another boating idiot or innocent boater has an accident someone has to go out and save their lives. I don't see you in a boat during a hurricane Howard. Unlike you, I actually did go out and save lives and why shouldn't I have the best equipment so everyone can come back to port safely?
@@frankrizzo5594 lol, calm down … I am a veteran and a icu nurse. Saved plenty of idiots here.. try not to be so easily triggered ..
Not much love for the FD
Coast guard the only ones operating their boats like they have any sense at all! The rest could care less about their boats, the safety of the crews and the taxpayers or the taxpayers money!
That is alot of gd water pigs...we found that down in Perdido bay...ftp.
I dont enjoy Whit the Police 😄😄

WTF...police, police, police.....

WTF am I watching...all our tax dollars just ZOOOMING by.....

That's because they are lol
Fish & Wildfire Commission?... what the hell is in the water in Sth Fla? 😎
What isn’t

I see a lot of tax payers dollars there.
I see a lot of men and women willing to sacrifice their lives to save other's. Get some perspective.
@@frankrizzo5594 Amen 🙏 brother!
All I see is massive overlap of responsibilities and massive government waste.
You best believe every agency is out there justifying their existence…..boaters beware
What a waste of resorces.
Millions of taxpayers money. Good God what insanity.
Totally massive waste of taxpayer dollars. You're got too many agencies with crazy expensive boats overlapping each other's jurisdictions. It's a cash free for all and they're spending taxpayer money like it's water. Federal, State, County, City, Village, it's ridiculous.
Millions of dollars worth of the lowest bidder, no thank you..........
Wasting tax payers money
What?
So many pigs
You say that now but I guarantee you will be the first to call the police, fire, or coast guard when you are watching your life flash before your eyes. Don't like them, then DON'T call them.
@@frankrizzo5594 I do not call them as they are likely to kill me. I have no issues with EMS, just pigs. Own a gun, own a PFD, etc and you are fine. PS I also like to tell people section 14 is done now, you can legally shoot at coast guard for trying to board you.
Daniel Szabo shot at coast guard members trying to board him and was only charged with failure to stop since the boarding was illegal.
"A federal jury has found a man accused of firing at a U.S. Coast Guard crew not guilty of both weapons charges handed down in an indictment by a grand jury in September.
Daniel Michael Szabo, 41, was facing a possible life prison sentence for charges of trying to kill a Coast Guard officer during a boarding and using a firearm while committing a violent crime.
But jurors on April 6 only found Szabo guilty of failing to stop his vessel when ordered to do so by the Coast Guard."
