Ya van para 5 meses que fue la final de Qatar y me sigue emocionando el cómo la sufrió Argentina para ganarla. Como mexicano, también puedo decir que la sufrí como si fuera argentino, y la verdad a día de hoy sigo emocionándome al ver a Messi campeón del mundo.

That was the kind of match that warrants its own movie. Milan were a who's-who of the *top* elite professional footballers in the world, and Liverpool were... the guys that played in Liverpool. It was one of the best underdog stories in sports.

To anyone who says that the 2022 WC was fixed, just look at this final and the handball call against Montiel. That was a very close call, a fluke, but a correct one. Greatest final ever.
From what I remember a France player actually handled the ball first from the corner which wasnt given in favour of Argentina and then Montiel handled the ball from Mbappes shot, so technically free kick should have been given to Argentina beforehand. No way was that Final fixed for Argentina

Se notaba de acá a Japón que no quería que argentina salga campeón, no por qué no lo sienta, sino por qué hablo mal de scaloni y lo único que quería en su egocéntrica y detestable personalidad era que esa final termine y sus palabras valieran de algo y no tener que tragarselas, afortunadamente no fue así y fuimos campeones , espero no ser el único que haya notado ese relato sin sentimiento, de los menos épicos del mundo, totalmente desafinada a esa final. Ese toque de cachetada de MESSI para M Allister en el 2° goal fue realmente esstraordinario. El primero penalti se lo regalaron a Francia, aunque antes hay una mano de un francés
que el var dejó pasar. La final mas emocionante a nivel equipos fue la UNICA que jugaron dos equipos argentinos y en Europa, donde River Plate impuso su superioridad vs. boca,
dando vuelta dos resultados adversos para ganar por goleada.
