Shyla...I read the exact same book after my separation from my now ex-husband (with him for 16 years; married to him 14 of those) It was so cathartic and validating and articulated the words I lacked to help even my mother understand--yes, my mother--how bad it was. The book was a massive emotional roller coaster. I had to read the book with someone so I could just vent while reading it. Such a valuable piece for ANYONE trying to escape and survive or whom has escaped and is surviving. God bless you, Hun. You are stronger than you can imagine.
Before the book, I was an absolute mess raising 3 daughters by myself.

You will make it through the mental stuff (which I felt was the worse part for me, especially to prove in there court system and to those whom have never gone through this). For me, during my divorce process, I had some really hard times because he used my girls as his avenue of abuse. I felt like I couldn't cope with this anymore. But, here I am on the other side. My girls are 20, 22, and 24, now and all are doing fantastic.

Ikr she went into real descriptions about the situations that happened and how she felt, whereas Landon only went into how he felt about a vague explanation, and only really explained like 4 things out of 50 that happened. Even at the end of Landons video I really hated when he was like "now you know how it works and now you know the truth so stay educated" I was like excuse me? It just seemed like Landon was saying "you're an idiot but I told you now so it's fine" . Just seemed like a back handed comment almost. We stand for shyla💕✊🏼

I absolutely believe her. This is something Catherine will never have the courage to do. I'm glad she got out of that toxic relationship and toxic family. Especially Landon's mother she and Austin are his biggest enabler. I hope Shyla can finally be happy with her daughter.

I’ve seen Shyla be abusive to him too. They’re both toxic and trying to ping pong blame & “clear their name” like shyla said on her IG. She did not take ownership for anything in this video, which I don’t believe that she never did anything wrong. The recordings that she made are cut at weird places and obviously SHE knew she was recording so obviously she’ll sound like the victim and watch her words, where he couldn’t do that. The full face of makeup and shaking her hair, sitting at an angle whilst being “open” just seems so fake to me. They’re both just incredibly toxic and young. They’ll learn, & they’ll both regret making these silly videos to “clear your name”. They broke up and that’s for the best but do not damage Soul in the process. These videos are forever. I wish them both the best.
