No way all these are freestyled on the spot, they're way too good!
They aren't. As an audio engineer you can hear the pitch correction being used. Unless they are doing live pitch correction (which is possible but unlikely) these are definitely pre recorded. Especially the guys vocals. They are good artists though. I have also seen CrashAdams live and they do sound different than these shorts.

I believe they are. These aren't randomly talented people with no training. They are small artists who have trained for most of their life and have already released songs and albums. There are 10's of thousands of home grown singers out there. The music market has changed and is so saturated that it's EXTREMELY hard to attract new audiences regardless of how skilled you are.
Any semi-professional dancer should be very comfortable with free style dance. Even junior dancers are capable of freestyle. Freestyle for rapping and singing are the same.
