@@Bmstaudy I’m running weld drag drag pack. 17” runners and 15” rears with 26x10 slicks. Viking coilovers and front sway bar delete. Also 390 gears out back with a twin disk clutch. I’ve since upgrade to 410 gears and triple disk clutch along with 325/50/15 micky Thompson 28” drag radials. Car sixty fts 1.4s at track so I just laugh when people say this video is fake haha

Not really. Looser bearing tolerance will have lower oil pressure and ou can not rely on the sending unit and cluster to be Acurate. My escalade oil pressure was showing 30psi on the cluster. On a manual oil guage is was reading 55psi

@@TheJMan1K i wouldnt do 390s in an auto. With the mods you’re doing and the right cam shaft / converter combo + sticky tires that’s a mid -low 10 second car maybe 9s if you get the right spec cam converter combo. While heads are off get them CNC ported make sure the cam specs are taken into account after this is done. Don’t skip the heads. The heads will waken that cam into a whole new beast.

Plus I daily drive this vette so I want something that’ll still get decent mpg. Was looking at a 228R cam as well.
@@TheJMan1K up to you. If you want a 10 second vette you’ll probably need something closer to a stage 3 btr cam. However a mild cam and decent converter will still be really impressive

Which means it would land somehere around 140-150kmph. Again if you had a fast car you would realize that the difference between 150-160 is a decimal of a second.
