This car dyno'd 641whp 540wtq after the RPM stage 4 package was installed. Hit a bit of an uphill around the top end, also left the a/c on by accident. I do think this car has more MPH left in it. Was very fun to film and enjoyable to watch none the less!!

It's because 6th is a double overdrive gear for highway mileage.

And 60+ , ~100+km in 1st is awesome too. :D I have a long Audi TT 1st sometimes 65 MAYBE I see a almost 70 pop and I'm lIKE DAMN I can shift fast and that TURBo kick in after 1st, actually at RPM it even kicks in at 1st too. But from second it does hit its turbo stride. That's it haha. my car not really heavy modded yet. But so FUN for city SO Fun, Quattro 4 wheel bounce small car modded -85kg +50/60 hp, opened turbo twin intakes completely to air, turbo LIFTS the small car, But it doesn't have the TOP END 5th 6th gears to go SOOO far, they go SO much far than you think, the small audi manages to tops 255-260 km/h at best. This is like 320-340 km/h range INSANE and FAST to that km/h. WOW. I love Corvette, 6.2 L and 7.0L. I'm in EU right now, LOVE the turbo motorbike open exhaust turbo open sounding SUDDEN revs with open exhausts.. and jUMPs.
However, I had 2x American 6,200cc (6.2L) in America couple years back, basically THIS SAME motor, the motor at least, unless this was the 7.0L I believe was 6.2L super? I at leats had the 6.2L it was AMAZING very similar pULLS to top speed EASY.. I miss that, I will modify my car more to BOUNCE low/medium speeds, but I want more top +end

Very nice and calming shifts. This is an enthusiast who respects his car and its full capabilities.
At those speeds if you power shift and break something it could be all over for you. When I used to have a Richmond ROD 6 speed in my big block Vette every time I would power shift into 4th at 120 the car would shear the mainshaft. Then the tranny would try to do all kinds of interesting things.

I love the appearance of the car after it just went 200 mph like “check me out 😎” some pure badassery
Nice NA build. RPM is an amazing shop and I think the C6Z is one of the best Vette models ever produced. The AC cuts out under WOT so leaving that on probably didn’t affect anything. Depending on what gears are out back you may well be able to get a little more MPH out of her on a real flat or even a downward graded surface. The factory transmission does have a good OD ratio to get some serious mph up top once you have some power.
I personally think it is THE best vette ever created. Aside from the power plant and the brakes its the same as the zr1, and if you got the carbon package then even the brakes were the same. Sure the ls3 will generally handle boost better, but that big block screams like a comanche warrior. And you can still get 1xxx power na from it, with or without spraying.
Gentleman, this is the type of content we all came here for.
