Happy for FNC, winning vs BDS and MAD was all I asked for and they did it. G2 right now are just the best in Europe, as a European I can only be proud that we have that one strong team able to compete with others at Worlds. Looking forward for G2, FNC, MAD and probably BDS at Worlds and I wish them luck and success
i hope g2 will do well at worlds since they said last worlds that they really want to stick to the asian level by studying them a lot etc. So i hope they will show us some good **** :D

@@stephanhe2706 this year it’s 3 teams from EU and at the same time 4th team from EU (which is BDS) and NA team (which is GG) will play against each other to qualify

Played decent but blocked on Renekton which limits strategy. It's fine tho, he gave us a 2nd place and a ticket to world. Can't be too greedy in this situation, it's not an anime :).

wunder was great even against a ksante which is a strong pick by bb and in the meta and he was so consistent and playing so well, he ess the best for a reason
Tbh wunder was kinda bad , remember that renekton is a counter pick to ksante and has 56% winrate against ksante , wunder isnt a carry toplaner so better for him to stick with tanks and he has kinda limited champool while bb can play anything
Given the following facts:
1. Oscar wasnt available and Wunder had to sub in last second
2. Wunder didn't play league for months
3. FNC Team has only played like this since summer
they looked really well. Wunder without practice being still top 2 is great for him, he wont be teamless for long. FNC making finals is all that matters. They can grow stronger over time. I just hope they keep their damn roster for once

Where did you hear that Wunder hadn't been playing? That's false, Wunder had been playing, IWD said that Wunder had been practicing.
They bearly won against BS by BS throwing and got compleatly stomped by G2 . Its a complest miracel they even got that far and not changing anything wont get them far FNC is just so limited what they can play you can out draft FNC so easy .
Yike is insane. He was the main reason why G2 performed so well in this season.

No he wasnt . On the start he was playing bad and for the most part its the fact he has the best laners in EU around him . Yike is insanely lucky to be in a team were he doesnt need to constantly be the best or has the pressure on him when he has BB playing the best he ever has . A bottlane that is getting leads all the time and clutch Caps . Yike woudnt look like that in any other team . He is good but not the reason G2 is doing so well .

Tbh, when G2 announced romain as new GM for G2, I was sceptical, but turns out he's the world's most enthousiastic cheerleader, and I believe his all-in mentality is a big part of why this new G2 is so successful.
Kudos to Wunder - FNC's best player in this series. It would be a crime if he's not starting for a team in 2024. Easily the 2nd best top across the season finals.
For sure.. he beat BB in lane after not playing any league for 3 months - G2 channeled so many resources into BB allowing him to perma side lane, farm up, get towers whereas Wunder was forced to help is struggling team
Am I the only one who is super annoyed by the league finals format though? Both T1 and FNC didn’t even have a full day to prepare for the summer finals whereas the other finalists are given a week to prepare for the series - both finals in LCK and LEC were complete stomps where it wasn’t just gameplay but also an apparent lack of prep on the losing team’s side.. how do you play for a full year but are given half a day to prep for the finals? Why?
@@johnkirk1772 the format is great and the finals weekend is the same as its always been. Upper bracket deserves advantage over lower bracket. If you're in lower bracket & still want to proof you're the best, then start doing that by winning both bo5's.
FNC showed tnat they are good at preparing for a single opponent. But when they face 2 different ones in 1 weekend, they just use the same tactics. Same as in summer finals when they faced TH & XL.

The upper bracket team should get an advantage, or they'd get nothing other then being a bit more save up to the finals, but all the other teams get a free loose. That wouldn't be fair is what most opinions are so to adjust that, they get a small advantage in the final.

Both lower bracket teams, MAD and FNC, had 1 week to prepare for 2 teams - the one they're facing off in lower bracket semis and the one they're facing off in grand finals.
Likewise, upper bracket team G2 also had 1 week to prepare for 2 teams, since they couldn't know for sure if they'd be playing FNC or MAD in the grand final.
I'd even argue, the team coming from lower bracket has a slight advantage since they've known for sure which team they would meet in the finals, should they win their first series of the weekend.

Not even close. Complete team gap. Gonna be painful when these teams meet the LCK and LPL teams. Hopefully G2 at least put up a fight, it's sad when the LCK offers the only competition for the LPL teams.

I know FNC lost but they can be proud of what they achieved this year.
They had one of the worst start in the beginning of the year with 3/4 different iteration of teammates.
From a bottom team in Winter, trying to claw back in Spring, beat team after team in Summer and fought back to back 5 games on their way to Second place in the Season Finals. What a storyline.
BDS game was not clean at all that was a BDS throw other then FNC playing clean . I woud say BDS and FNC are on the same level right now

yep it was worth the wait, so many breaks that I thought I might get to play Elder Scrolls 6 before seeing this final, hyped LEC Finals af only to get 2 games in a big arena and the rest in the small lec studio, and the opening was also s**t, yep riot, thank you for charging more for less RP, definitely worth all of our money

Even im a g2 fan , and I respect fnatic but it was huge gap in skills tbh literally mikyx bb caps outclassed humanoid wunder and trymbi the only good performing player was razork + noah a bit just in his third game but he was against sivir which was suck against kaisa
You don't understand this game a bit if you think BB gapped wunder or Yike gapped Razork. Wunder was up in cs in all Renek games, even playing against Olaf which is a counter pick to Renek. Razork was more or less even in this series, Yike was just perma ganking and diving pushed lanes. Fnatic drafted losing lanes most of the time. I agree that Caps and Mikyx outclasses their counterparts, but BB and Yike did not.
