So Mad basically went from an 8 kill early game with a 6k gold lead to getting demolished in 16 minutes...
Elyoya took every early kill and then power farmed for the next ten minutes as Lee Sin instead of trying to influence the game at all. Not to mention Chasy's Kennen was straight up awful. Didn't do anything in teamfights

well, there was not a single champion in their team that could actually take a hook...
Some champions are good individually, but not so much when put together.
If you pick a Kennen in the toplane, you'll want an engage tank in the jungle or support role.
It's like they all wantted to be the carry and it ended up being a big mess :s
but hey still big props to T1 for their phenomenal performance!

So the fact that a weaker team can do it, doesn't really make me worried at all. T1 knows how to play from behind because they've mastered it over the years.

I have to admit. Very few things are as satisfying to watch as seeing a LEC team get hyped after going mad aggro early game to try and snowball on a Korean team because that's literally the only way they can win, it actually working, only to then proceed to get outmacroed and outfought up by 8k gold in the mid and late game...
It's so cute. It reminds me of playing basketball against my little cousin and giving him a 12 point advantage at the start only to come back and crush him while wearing flip flops...
It's a true display of mastery and dominance.
There is no amount of gold difference that can compensate for the skill issue between Guma and Carzzy
Love this channel. I can't deal with all the down time and tech pauses during the normal broadcast. Love to be able to just watch the games. I have to always try and blindly grab game 1 without seeing how many it went in the series lol channel owner you are the person!

Nah. That was a decent play. If MAD was a strong team, they could've easily followed up with flashes (especially considering that it was the Aphe that got caught). I've seen those kind of play from LCK and LPL routinely, and they execute it well. And the game was over way before that. That LS is what threw the game, he have 4 early kills and still have done nothing in team fights. Never made a play on a Aphe, he did not even bother to try it once, the Kennen was so bad too LOL. But yeah can't blame it to one guy, the whole team basically sucks.

This game reminded me of SKT vs EDG 2017 worlds. If you haven't seen that game, it's probably the best SKT game I've ever seen in 9 years of watching.

The way to beat T1 is to punish their mistakes and not make any of your own because if you don't they WILL punish you for yours and learn from theirs. T1 are like the borg, they will adapt and overcome so you're on a ticking clock.

They didn’t “throw” anything. You claiming they threw not only discounts the stellar performance they put up to legit stomp early game Gods like TI, but you also manage to discredit the genuinely good plays and decisions T1 made to get back in it. The contested dragon fight while 7k down was immaculately played by T1. They ranged and spaced everything perfectly. Just outperformed Mad.
Mad still played an absolutely hell of a game, especially when considering they’re against a resurgent T1 who hard stomped regular reason.

Thought this game was weird until I saw the way T1 positioned first dragon, and then it was obvious they were limit testing and I was no longer worried.

Hylli won the game for Mad in the early game, but Nisqy had to get caught numerous times with poor positioning and not using hourglass.
Also Carzzy already had very little spacing for his damage output, but him not using ult or flash for that drag fight was uh… questionable.
Huge props to the whole T1 team not giving up and playing like gods during team fights. Guma goated.
