My Gyome deck is one of my favorite ones in recent years. Kamigawa Neon Dynasty gave us just enough golgari ninja support that I could make a Gyome Ninja deck and call it "Bento Beatdown." Also, fun criminal fact, you can tap your opponents' big creatures before declare attackers step if you don't want them to attack. You basically give them their meal and tell them to sit down and eat it.
My favorite flavour commander is gyome, all cards in my deck are either restaurant or pub related and only cards that can be reasonably justified can be added. With the new food support he has turned into a value engine that rivals gods, all while I keep telling people that I'm just here "to cook".

My Gyome deck combos him ideally with Rapacious Guest, she gets +1 counters for every food token sacrificed and when she finally leaves the battlefield she does her power in damage to a target player in a way I like to call "Handing you the bill"

I actually made a Gyome deck when he came out and I made it themed around the chef and his tools or kitchen themed. But also because I'm a sneaky bitch everything is basically equipment Voltron. Nothing's better than lulling opponents into false sense of security by offering to give their creatures indestructible early and then slapping them with a 25/25 trampling, indestructible big boy later. Gyome serves both delicious food and ass beatings.

I'd like to see a video on Garth, One-Eye. I can't even tell if he is one of the most fair or broken 5 color commanders, but he does feel significantly less "good stuff" than the others. Love the story behind the character, though.
Using Garth with lots of blink effects and haste to shit out Black Lotuseses and draw your whole deck = broken and boring. Using Garth instead of Kenrith as a generic good-value guy to lead your wonky 5-color jank deck that doesn't have a bespoke commander = fair and fun.

I love how the last ability can also tap opponent's creatures, so they can't block with them.
I use it to tap down their commanders during combat to keep them from killing me. I've one games by tapping down elf ball decks with it too.
