      How was this a review? It wasnt the least bit serious more like a satirical attempt, way more effort placed in trying to entertain than inform.
      Should you ever have to use one, it wont be close to this attempt at comic relief.

    I have the pepper spray and the stun gun but as a last resort I also have a collapsible steel baton that I carry when I'm walking my dog at night. It sucks that in todays society you have to go out armed to the teeth just to walk your dog but hey....better safe than sorry.

    I have a similar pepper spray sitting in my car console, it was marketed as pepper "gel" Now I need a new stun gun.

    I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SABRE STUN GUNS!! It shocked me when I was just holding it and I was not pressing the red taser button. My husband purchased a SABRE S 1009 for me for when I have to go out in the middle of the night to take our two puppies outside (we don't have a fenced yard). I take it out with me, turn it on and wait for the dogs. A couple of months ago I went to turn it on and it did not come on.....the little light above the on switch did not come on, nor did the flashlight come on....I thought it just needed to be charged. I thought I turned it of....I'm not 100% certain however but when I came back inside and went to set it down, it shocked my hand. It hurt pretty bad and just by an automatic reaction, I threw the stun gun. My hand was numb for the next 10 minutes or so. I have contacted the company several times over the past couple of months and they have not responded. I was hoping for a replacement and for an answer as to how I could have been shocked just holding the handle (I never pushed the red button activating the taser) so there are two things wrong with this scenario. Even if I were pushing the red button activating the taser, it should have never shocked me just holding it and....it should never have shocked me just holding it, not pushing the red taser button. I'm afraid to even touch the stun gun at all anymore. Now I record it when I have to move it just in case it does it again. I don't want to go through that again but I want it to be documented if it were to happen again since the company is not getting back with me. I think it is pretty bad if a company does not stand behind the products they make / sell and refuses to get back to a customer. What happened to me is pretty dangerous. I did not buy this to personally get shocked out of the blue. I never had any intentions on finding out what this feels like and unfortunately I did. It also scared our dogs when I yelled from the pain and threw the stun gun. Just BEWARE since I have no idea how this happened and if you have a problem with SABRE products, this company probably is not going to respond back to you. I was patient for the first two month trying to contact them (I would call or email and wait a couple of weeks) but I have lost my patience and am now doing what ever I can to let people know about my experience and they can decide what they want to do.

    Ngl if you watch back the guy in the blue shirt for the first two people never held the taser down. Then when you did it too *tristin* it was 0.5 seconds on x2 layer clothing. Next shock you can she that she is holding it down against you guys. Maybe I'm tripping but yea

    Your doing it wrong, your suppose to put the stun gun to the skin before pushing the button, your not suppose to hear the noise, doing the stun gun in air were the noise is produced actually damages the stun gun

    • @kentkloman48
      @kentkloman48 Před 2 lety +2

      That may be true, but the noise and sparking may deter someone who is harassing or threatening from going forward with an assault. That's a desirable outcome. Probably won't deter an enraged or determined attacker.. In that case you go for body contact and maintain the shock for as long as necessary.

    No so what's good about a stumbaton is that depending on where you hit them it can be really useful if you stun them in the neck they won't not be laughing or in the ribs my advice is to use the katana next time there will not be laughing laugh out loud rib area be great for views

      Never test a stun gun for more than a second. It will damage it. When you hold it against an assailant, you can shock as long as you can as long as you continue contact.

  • @turbosupra2jzdragracingtob249

    That’s not how it would be used for self defense. Hope you teach better.

  • @claymorexl
    @claymorexl Před 10 měsíci +2

    Do not throw a flammable liquid on an attacker before using a shock device. You don’t want to set them on fire. Don’t set an attacker on fire 😉

    • @BeauReviews
      @BeauReviews  Před rokem +1

      If you can handle a firearm, that's definitely the way to go. Oftentimes people don't have the ability to train with guns though and become a liability themselves--thus pepper spray is their second best option. (unless you have any other suggestions... I'm all ears!)

    What fool saying if you can afford to train with Firearms absolutely do it. I don't want to be back here to listen to this. Promoting Firearms this is a disaster to humanity.
