    I've done this routine several times before but forgot to give it a thumbs up. A good ending to the seated exercise package. I wasn't fooled, parts of this routine also worked the arms and shoulders, too. Short, sweet, and effective...Anastasia

    I’m recovering from shin splints and these seated exercises were great! Do you have any stretches specifically for knee s?

  • @dstedman3838
    @dstedman3838 Před 2 lety +1

    4 Stretch for seniors today: I had a fantastic moment of clarity. I noticed something that I have been doing that is so wrong it borderlines on cheating🤣 when I do the sit-to-stand exercise: I get into a rocking motion; thus, I'm not using my legs to push my bum up like I should be doing. Now that I'm aware, I will make the proper corrections for tomorrow's exercises. The other thing I notice is that I hold my shoulders up, causing tension on my neck and shoulder. I know you always tell us shoulders up and down, but I don't relax my shoulder muscles. Some of my pain is from a torn rotator cuff injury I sustained using the resistance band because I'm always in a hurry and have to pull as hard as I can even though I'm not 21 like I think I am. Ugh

    • @MoreLifeHealth
      @MoreLifeHealth  Před 2 lety +1

      Good awareness! :) and no more injuries. Slow and steady. .... and shoulders "back" and down! 😀

    Is it necessary to do any warm up before this exercise? I noticed some discomfort in my knee. Thank you. I am very encouraged by the 5 minute exercises.
