Q:What can you find in a Chalice Dungeon?
A:Mostly more powerful Blood Gems than those found in the main
game. The enemies in the dungeons tend to be harder too.
Q:What trophies are in the Chalice Dungeons?
A:The boss, Yharnam, Pthumerian Queen. She's found in the Pthumeru Ihyll Chalice's last layer.
Q:What's a 'Root Chalice'?
A:These are randomly generated and there are much more potent Blood Gems as well as Runes not found in the main game. There's also Lost/Uncanny versions of weapons that have different Blood Gem types etched in them.
Q:How do you unlock 'that one door' in the Cathedral Ward?
A:It was rumored to unlock with an 'Old Library Key'. Where that key is - I have no idea. If anyone knows, please share!
Tip: You can search for other chalice dungeons in Online Mode and find others dungeons via 'glyph codes'.

A bit of a typo at 10:33: you wrote "After you defeat the Cleric Beast, you're awarded with the Spark Hunter Badge".
Nevertheless, this is still a very good guide! I've always liked the way you make these guides for souls games.
