Nice to find someone who knows what they're doing. So many ebike channels where no lubrication is used, components installed backwards and generally amateur assembly. Bravo!

Hi mate I built this today and when I spin my front wheel I can hear disk rubbing how would I fix this issue ?

I would say it depends how hard it's rubbing. If you only hear it ticking a bit or slightly rubbing then I suggest there are 2 bolts holding your break caliper onto the bracket... Loosen them slightly so you get a little play... Then pull your brake lever tight... Then tighten the bolts again. This should adjust your caliper angle to be in line with the disc.
If you're brakes are rubbing hard and stopping the wheel then you have wheel alignment issues, v remove adjust and replace.
