In Gran Turismo 7, it doesn't matter what kind of cars are in the game from ugliest to coolest. Polyphony will always make sure the cars are very detailed and focus on attention to detail for each car which has its own features.
Quality vs Quantity, which is the polar opposite to Forza Horizon atm. I'm sure Motorsport will have better quality models now that they don't have to worry about the previous gen consoles.

The fact that an ambulance even placed on the top 3 is crazy to think about💀.
Side note about activating the siren (if you read this,Theo) , press the horn button quickly once. Hold the horn button to toggle the other siren sound. Also. If you activate the left or right indicator light, the announcer will say "We about to turn left/right" following the blinking indicator light's direction. Tiny details like this must not left unnoticed.
Here in South Africa these vans are Everywhere. Instead of traditional taxis, we use them as local taxis and they're always painted white. If you came here you would think it's something else

It's based off a Toyota Hiace/Commuter. Quite common in Bangladesh and South East Asian countries. People use it for renting
Here in the Philippines, the Hiace Commuter is commonly used as public transport, called UV Express.
Here in SA, it is used to transport people.
Here in Singapore, it can be used for commercial van to transport goods and cargo, can also be used as a mini-bus and hearse use.

That's a taxi here in South Africa one of the fastest vehicles on our road and it's not even a joke 😂😂

The first generation Himedic based on H100 Hiace (the one in Gran Turismo is the 3rd generation) was actually powered by a 4.0L V8 engine which was as used on the Toyota Celsior. The Himedic was actually designed to be more versatile and faster than the original Hiace due to the demand to transport patients quickly
The fact that these Ambulances in the game are registered as Fukuoka City Fire Department Ambulances with legit Fukuoka plates racing in Tokyo is actually kinda dank

In South Africa this is called a Quantum and it's a very notorious vehicle because it's mostly used as a taxi. Taxi drivers are known to be some of the worst most reckless drivers in South Africa
I think taxi drivers are reckless everywhere in the world.

A couple things you seemed to miss:
In gt auto you can make the lights blue in the other mods menu
The indicator and hazzard light buttons allow you to put on the different sirens i think

For those who are wondering what is this ambulance is, a few notes:
This is a Toyota HiAce ambulance. The HiAce is Toyota's full-size van series, and its one of their oldest models, dating to the 1960's. Now this ambulance is of the previous generation; the latest generation HiAce features a bull nose compared to the cabover configuration of previous generations.
This generation HiAce ambulance in stock configuration uses the same D4-D diesel I4
used in the Hilux pickup mated to a 4-speed automatic tranny. Its also available in a 4x4 configuration for mountainous regions.
Now only a few of this ambulances still remain in Japan, as these are being retired in favor of the latest generation. A few of these are being rebuilt and sent over to Ukraine to replace ambulances destroyed in the current conflict.
In South Africa these are called Toyota quantim and these are used as taxi's and ambulances

Theo my brother in Christ you forgot to add the wheel offset on your widebody. They don't do that automatically plus you can add wheel offset in stock wheels too. I'm glad this was added even if the way you get it early is a bit upsetting. Also I love seeing this thing beat supercars.
Also if you hold the horn you can find more separate horns. Even when you start the siren by tapping the horn you can hear the other more typical ambulance siren
As much as Gran Turismo strives for realism, it is the most enjoyable when Polyphony is allowed more creative license.

Theo hasn't binded the horn to the wheel yet, the main siren typical of ambulances are triggered by the horn, and holding it plays a different horn exactly like in GTA V.
This was pure humiliation to all the supercars 💀
