The little black screws make a HUGE diff. My ACE has a great selection of chrome and black chrome screws, nuts, and washers. Your wrenching is second to none. Pay attention community newbies...

I have one on the bike in my thumbnail, and on 4 customers bikes. I always mod them to NOT breath into the intake, but that's another story entirely, I just wanted to tell you to find a sock because when caught in the rain, the front opening WILL allow rain into the engine and lets just say, it won't like it. Yes, they call the filter element, water resistant, but that doesn't mean, water proof, and the front will let in water in a heavy rain. I'm telling you from experience unfortunately. Excellent choice though, they ALLOW power to be made and look incredible. On some Dressers the front opening will be blocked, so no worries there. I'm on my way to BIKEWEEK to hunt down some unsuspecting 131s I almost feel sorry for them 😆😆😆😆

I’m thinking of putting a v02 rogue on my dyna.
When I got it, the original owner had a stack filter on it. I read those were really more for drag racing. I had that taken off and the stock one put back on. I definitely felt a power difference.

the pipes, air cleaner and a tune are the full stage 1, and make a NOTICEABLE performance and heat difference when you let that engine BREATHE!

What about the breather hose?
When you start to think about a tour pack for the road glide look into Advanblack. It is half the price of harley and they do color match perfect. I got a king tour pack with luggage rack and stitch liner and mounting rack and the passenger backrest pad very happy. So look at CZcams channel ( Ornery One )

Advanblack is good quality abs and paint but the latch assembly is cheap die cast pot metal with poor fit and finish. When my tour pack latch fell apart going 85 down I40 in 60 mph cross winds it was not fun at all as the lid blew open. They were kind enough to send me a.whole new latch but it is starting to wear out already too.
Check out DK customs air cleaners,they externally exhaust the oil hot air from the heads and don't put it in the air intake.

While the air cleaner was off, you could have checked the throttle cable adjustment. Just to make sure that full throttle is actually full throttle. I have seen many motorcycles that are not properly adjusted, and maybe getting sixty to seventy percent open throttle body when at full throttle.
Just replaced throttle cable on my dyna. Isn’t this glide model a cableless fly by wire?
It doesn’t have throttle cables Drive by wire.

i was thinking the same thing. the new bolts look solid, hence no breathing for the crankcase. how did you solve that?
The new bracket is ported - the bolts aren't solid although they looked like they were.

I put one of these type air cleaner on my bike a long time ago I was on a road trip to D.C. got caught in the rain (very heavy) it sucked so much water into the motor the bike kept stalling out these open type of air cleaners look great but bad for your bike if you get caught in the rain
W have rain socks just in case!
What does that do to the warranty...?
From what I’ve heard - the air/exhaust don’t void it but the tune will if you don’t use the screaming eagle tuner. But every dealer is different so I’d check with yours before you do anything just to be safe!
Try the loctite stick. It’s like chapstick. No drips easier to use than tape. Oh and great vid. Your a girl who knows how to use a wrench for sure.
