I used to watch Strength wars back when i was in University. It motivated me to go gym. I miss it so much. I miss looking foward to each episode and hopong Faceless would remain undefeated.

seba? was goin very wide, this is more difficult cause its tearing your external rotations of the shoulder, he have not full rome of his elbow bending because of the osteofit in his elbow, only surgery can help him but its very risky - osteofit is really near to his elbow nerves. Im physio and i know seba couple years, i know everything about his injuries ;)

He has the presence to take strength was further than ever.
He makes the show for me. Without him it would not grow, within a few years this will become a mainstream sport

Yeah, when they were doing the press, it was like, oh damn, AH might have a chance, but then with the first squat you knew that when the Faceless gets onto it, he will crush it.
Anabolic Horse have a very strong upper body, but Faceless is just a squat machine.

Whenever I go to the gym, I imagine myself competing against the faceless. While I usually do 7-8 reps on a certain exercice, I force myself to finish it to 20. The mental state is key to progress.

A) Your shoulders are supposed to be infront of the bar when you deadlift.
B) low bar squat moves the centre of gravity further behind you, this requires you to lean forward. Also uses more posterior chain muscles. This allows you to lift a heavier weight. (also worth noting long femurs genetically will make you lean even further forward)
WhopperCheeseDota someone mentioned in another comment chain that he has an elbow injury so took a wider grip to change the mechanics of the lift to more shoulder dependent.

MR SINGH It was just a joke from anime One punch man,Steroids cause baldness only at very small level but most importantly it's your genetics for example I haven't taken any steroids but getting bald because of my father's genetics and my many friends getting bald thought they don't even lift or taken any supplement at only 20 years old they lost half of their hairs, it's mostly in your genes, if you are prone to baldness then steroids will make it faster, I have also seen some people in my gym taking steroids but still having full hairs, If you don't believe look at Arnold,Lou,Franco, Jay etc all have taken but still have lots of hairs there are also pro bodybuilders above 50+ who have taken steroids but still have hairs,In case of Seba(faceless) He was already getting bald fast and anabolic make it little faster also age play a major role.

Great battle. I thought Horse was gonna win when they were on the military press. When it got to squat, then I knew then Faceless was going to win. Faceless has the strongest legs, by far, of all these competitors.
Trenton faceless technique on squat and deadlift is elite but that push press... meh that lift looked a bit off for him.

With so many tv and cable etc channels and so many dumb shows. You would think someone would put this show on one of them and get some sponsors. The prize should be a million at least. This show is better then most reality tv shows on regular and pay tv.
yeah this should be on TV for sure. I agree the prize for this type of competition should have been at least 50k, but usually you need a huge sponsor to get the prize money up to a high level. If they can get on a TV network it surely will be much higher. Kudos for even getting the prize money they could for these guys though and making it happen.
It is a great show. I would like to see how the best bodybuilders/strongmen/power lifters/etc would do against amatuer MMA fighters in an MMA fight (fighting pro fighters is unfair-their skill levels are too high). Seeing the best lifters do MMA against amatuer fighters would be interesting-I think some of the lifters raw strength would be enough to win some fights even if they lacked combat sports skills (wrestling, kick boxing, Muay Thai,submissions, boxing, etc)
The prize is just a bonus it's just to top off the pride they get for winning at what they do best

It may be a bit harder however he doesn't have to lift it as high as he normally would this way.

Good fight by horse and Tetzel is an amazing host as usual but faceless! Boy oh boy! That guy is so strong mentally it's unbelievable! Two major injuries and still no one to touch him! What many people don't realise is that all these was shot in one day so I can just imagine how taxing it was on his bad knee and elbow still the guy wins! Mindset of a champion! He is like vageta! He would rather die than give up! I have utmost respect for you seba! I'm surprised at how much this channel has grown. It's hard to believe I started watching this channel when they only had 3 episodes out when I was in college. Now being in the US military I've been striving to getting a benching max over 250lbs before I return to the us. Being light has always made my gains difficult but this time I believe I can truly get bigger and stronger because of the motivation this channel gives me.
