Just a helpful and safer tip with the drill. Just like drilling holes to flush mount screws simply run the drill in reverse. That way the bit can’t “grab” and either twist the jig outta your hand or worse drill through into your hand “ personal experience haha” anyways this is pretty much the only fishing show I’ll like to watch. Especially cuz you act like a bro and not a know it all “pro” guy. For that I really do appreciate ya brotha. Keep the vids comin. Cheers brotha!

Yeah we should get Ben some help but it won't come anytime soon because there are so many who need it more and it ain't coming for them either. Someday soon he could be a master bait maker. I like to poke the eye right away while the paint is still soft.

Dude i do samething minus the flame oven and drill bit. Toaster oven keeps it out my food use a heatgun harbor freight or part store all sell them saves even more money by not having to purchase propane for torch but will say those skirts look awesome 😎 i cut a ink pen up and used a paperclip as my tool to create my own skirtand band them on as well. Should give that a try ill be pouring once i get back home and post video of me making some bluegill colored jigs with flame red belly and throw on my channel

So when you say oven do you mean like the one in your kitchen?
Pro tip for you then. When making softbaits in a mold, make sure to pre heat the mold first with some scraps of old softbaits to get the mold in a good shape.

I love the 6 sense shirts, but i bought a butt load of shirt rubber in different colours from ebay and i get some awesome custom patterns by thread tying them and brush on super glue.

How are you positive the aftermarket hooks fit in the do it molds? I love my molds but hate how heavy the hooks are for football jigs

What weed guard do you use? According to barlows here by me there are soft, medium, and heavy. I use medium, but still feels kinda soft.
Glue a magnet strip where the hook sits on the swing head mold and it will hold your hooks in place and not allow you to screw up
Or, I just use some of the available space and put them to the side rather than straight out the bottom.

Do not use the hooks he is using on the football jigs, unless you enjoy bent out hooks. They are really light wire.
