I always wonder! When they have the smaller speculums available. Why dont they just use those for everyone? Surely they are more comfortable for every woman. Do they have less visibility with them? As someone who has a cervical cancer scare that required treatment, definitely get your paps. Theyre uncomfortable but they are over in a couple minutes. Some doctors are more skilled than others amd have barely felt a thing. If you are having painful paps its worth seeing a pelvic floor physical therapist. When I was having pelvic floor issues my pap was horrible, but never was previously or since. Interestingly my primary care doctor told me they only recommend paps every 4-5 years now. But most gynecologists still recommend yearly.

I had my Sex Reassignment Surgery a bit over a year ago. So I haven't had a vagina for very long. I am going to pay a visit to the gyno. I think I might have a UTI or something. Since it's been a year after my surgery I might as well get it looked at anyway. I am nervous. It's bad enough as it is. But being a transsexual adds a another layer. Hopefully the doctor will be understanding. It's kind of funny how I can be so open about my genitals online but I am nervous as hell to have a doctor examine them. I hope everything goes smoothly.

I think the dichotomy of how sensitive you are/were about exams and your gynaecological apprehensions (and coping techniques) versus your complete comfort talking about orgasms sex toys is really quite adorable. (I'm a guy). But I also believe how you are presenting this, in the context of your other videos, is a really powerful message. It's great that you're interweaving such sound guidance with your usual content. ¡Me encanta esto!
