You missed a lot of newer SEGA arcade boards, like Chihiro, Lindbergh, RingEdge/RingWide and its variants, and Nu and its variants (considering that this video is 3 years old, I don't think ALLS UX/HX had been released).
The Sega Mega Drive one is wrong. When powering on the system, depending if it's a TMSS or Non-TMSS console, a TMSS console will say Produced by or licensed by Sega Enterprises Ltd. A Non-TMSS console will not display this message on startup and will get straight to the game.
but that wont happen without many reasons, such as ending relationships with competitors to making exclusive for example (Sony, MS, Nintendo, and so on), making console costed money (if those wont buy it [mainly customers rather than fans], it would be flop and killed Sega even more), and previously, Saturn and Dreamcast didnt sell well and they was forced to give up as a result, otherwise if they make a console yet again and flop, Sega would be probably bankrupted at some point.
