- You asked, I answered! In this short video I share my go-to supplements, post workout protein meal and how I approach missing workouts as a busy runner, triathlete, entrepreneur and single mom.
I tend to keep it simple, because I prefer to find a few high-quality things that work. These daily inclusions are for normal workout days that don't go over 2 hours of hard training. If I have longer, hard sessions, there are more calories and electrolytes (that's for a different video).
