As a kid, I went to a professional chiropractor every week or so. I remember being scared of him after a while, because he wouldn't listen to the fact that I'd cry out in pain sometimes. Last I heard, he got his license taken away because he accidentally killed someone during his practice, then his wife divorced him.

I just remember wishing I'd pass away because NOTHING would touch that pain and it's the level I def couldn't even imagine it because of how excruciating it was. ive gone to chiropractors a lot, especially when i was 8, because I have a bone in my back sitting wrong making my legs walk funny and the chiropractor works. My baby brother also when to a chiropractor when he was only a few months old because his neck wouldnt move to the left, it can be very helpful when needed but they do need to know what they are doing
Speaking as someone with severe scoliosis, you've got to be SO careful with chiropractors. There is only one chiropractor I trust with my back. I really hope she is okay.
Yeah… after reading some of these comments… I’m starting to think as someone who has a very mild-almost severe case of scoliosis I’m not going back to a chiropractor ever again… I’m scared
@battybatboii_yt3431 Trust your gut. The best thing I've found for my scoliosis (I'm 10 years post op with Harrington rods) is try to keep active, and stretch. A lot. So much stretching. But, with that being said, at the end of the day, every body is different.
I remember a couple of years ago, here in Australia, there was a guy that went to jail for doing chiropractic on literally a newborn (a few weeks old). He ended up having to be banned from treating children. These guys should both be in jail.
Wasn’t the reason he was banned because he was suggesting that he could cure the baby’s colic. There has been countless systematic reviews finding that it doesn’t work. What’s the point of providing treatment for something that doesn’t work- you are taking peoples money for nothing.
yeah, no hate to the guy his vids most of the time make me laugh and i'll believe that hes not coming from a bad place with it, but i had to stop watching this one there. its not fun seeing ppl in pain put in more pain and who knows what lasting effects she had to suffer through the rewinding it to watch again is what had me stop
Yeaaa she needs a lot more than chiropractics. I had great results w a chiropractor when my hips were in pain while running. It took like 2 visits w the chiropractor for almost no pain. My spine had a slight curve and it was causing too much pressure on one side
I've been to a chiropractor several times... I've never said "ow" when being popped. It was always immediate relief. This guy is gonna seriously hurt someone...
I hate them now, I did go to one for a while though. That's why I hate them! Anyway yes I'm hoping that's just a sound effect on the chiros video, it doesn't sound like that at all. In order to sleep at night just gonna pretend this whole video is faked
I go to the chiropractor sometimes. Can confirm that this woman is a victim of EXTREME malpractice. As soon as she started whimpering in pain they should have stopped. If the pain is that bad then you need to get actual medical treatment. It is dangerous to do this, especially if you’re tense. Pain causes tension, but if you go in and jerk around your bones it only makes it worse. There’s releasing pressure and then there’s wreaking havoc on someone’s body. Those are two very different things. (P.S. my chiropractor is one of the, sadly, few that understand that vaccines and other essential medical treatment is very much so necessary in treating a patient. It’s the only reason my family sees that chiropractic clinic in the first place.)
I only did chiropractic care once for a neck issue where I was having a lot of pain. My doctor was really strict with what he would adjust and what he wouldn’t. Took full x-rays to show me exactly where my issue was and even did full intensive tissue massage before any adjustment was done. My neck no longer has any chronic pain and I’m really grateful for it but all these other chiropractors online seem like snake oil salesmen.
Man, just grabbing an animal by its tail you risk paralysing them. The tail is the extension of the vertebral column, you simply DO NOT mess with that.
Studied human medicine for 2 years (NOT A DOCTOR!! NURSE AT BEST) and chiropractors grind my gears so much. There have been so many cases of people who have spinal injuries not walking out of chiropractic offices... or being wheeled out in a chair. This is basically legal murder, since they end up charged with medical malpractice and or manslaughter. Also, you probably won't see a non paralyzed quail fly, they aren't flightless, but do tend to run more
Chiropractors do have degrees. They take anatomy courses and all that, it’s just not considered a medical degree. Though, there is nothing stopping people from lying about having said degree
Someone might have already said this but that isn’t scoliosis, that’s kyphosis. So that kinda says a lot about the extent of this dude’s knowledge about anatomy and physiology.
What do you expect from someone that isn’t recognized in the field as being real doctor and hasn’t put in the years required for schooling and training? lol For anyone that doesn’t know, just look up the origins on how chiropractors started … some really kooky stuff. I’m not talking about MLM-tier essential oils type of kooky, but actual zany kooky. It’s honestly quite sad how so many people pay to go to them and be hoodwinked into paying money for a placebo effect without doing any research. Or worse, dying, paralyzed, or ending up with blood clots and bringing on a stroke (especially with popping necks). I encourage people to steer clear from chiropractors. Instead, seek out a physical therapist if pain is something anyone is dealing with as they have the proper training for actual long term results, but for the love of all that’s holy … stay away from the chiropractic snake oil salesmen.
If you go to the chiropractor, do every bit of research you can and try to go through your insurance if you have it. If you have a bad feeling, LEAVE immediately. The chiropractor I've been going to since 2018 asked me for a full medical history and did a full set of X-rays on me, which they went over with me immediately. They didn't adjust me until the 3rd time I visited and that was only after I did physical therapy with lots of stretching. They also told me point blank to avoid any practitioner that's on social media, especially if they use the y-strap. You are NEVER EVER supposed to adjust pets and babies! Chiropractic care is valid as part of a regimen. It's not a replacement for needed medical care. Due to it, my fibromyalgia is better managed, the curves in my spine are much better, and I no longer need a cane to get around.
Yesss as part of a regime is the most important part! Any research has shown results has been done on someone who's going to the chiro in addition to physical therapy, using medication, and massage. This no evidence that chiropractic adjustment on it's on has any benefits at all.
Hm that’s weird my chiropractor was able to scan me and adjust me the first day I went in? Maybe my issue j wasn’t as serious as yours cause I didn’t need physical therapy either
@@KSull6736 or it was more serious. I was adjusted first time too. But I was completely seized in my back, in tears, and couldn't afford a doc. Problem is how often they try to convince you that you need to go multiple times a week for forever. Even the good ones.
If they have a tik tok it feels they tend to not only do needless extreme positions, they seem to try to get the loudest cracks possible, that's what trends in the chiropractic tik tok and its obviously dangerous, I can't imagine doing it to babies and pets, you could easily kill them
12:08 I actually took a class in an experimental way to reverse paralysis in small to medium animals. In that class i learned about exactly what causes there might be of paralysis. With what chiropractors work with, and the fact that he's using an activator??? Which is meant to help disconnect bones that have suctioned to their cartilage??? Shows thats definitely not what he's doing. Paralysis has little to nothing to do with bones on most if not all occasions, and it is almost entirely focused on nerves and nerve damage. Now again im not a professional, but that guy has no idea what he's doing
Yeah if i remember correctly i did a research paper on this and one of the primary treatments for paralysis in small to medium animals is electro therapy via tems and dry needling with tems. Essentially either forcing the body into repair or using tems and static electricity to get the nerves to signal? Of course this is a youtube comment on my phone so its not exact but i do remember that this methodology or something similar has current and active evidence to work. These therapies would not work on BONES but NERVES AND TENDONS.
That poor woman looks like she’s in so much pain, I winced every time he cracked her back and neck. I hope the woman’s okay Edit: NO NO IT GETS WORSE HOW CAN YOU DO CHIROPRACTIC CARE ON A QUAIL???
Exactly. i genuinely think he fractured shaq’s ribs 😳 and why in the world would a wild bird need to be adjusted?? it’s not like they live long enough to develop arthritis 😭
Not to mention birds have bones very vulnerable to force do to them being hollow, repeated blows to the bones with that massage gun meant for much larger animals just seems like it would end in disaster
I went to a chiropractor once because I threw out my back constantly holding my newborn. Not only did it not work, he got mad at me for saying I wanted a 2nd opinion after he told me I needed to come back 3 times a week for the next few months (exactly the amount my insurance would cover)...because I had been in a serious car accident I must not remember. But yeah, he was trying to get me to bring my newborn to be adjusted. It was the craziest thing I'd ever heard at rhe time. He also had birds in hiis lobby and chickens free roaming his driveway.
What the actual f is wrong w that chiropractor 😭😭 mine was able to fix my hip/ankle pain I had for years in like 2-3 visits (turns out I had a slight spinal curve and that’s why)
Your cringe instinct is correct! Not only is it illegal for someone without a doctorate to call themselves "Dr.", it's also illegal for human-medicine chiropractors to do chiropractic on animals without the direct supervision of a veterinarian. This is a huge problem in vet med - human chiropractors thinking they can work on animals - that there are now laws against it
i was a child who was forced into chiropractic care by my mother at a very young age like under 1 year or something & i was there until at least 11. its left irreversible damage on my entire body, i feel for those kids man i really do.
@@beksinskis.creaturelmfao this is hilarious. Just because your friend does something doesn’t mean there aren’t bad unqualified practitioners out there especially in such an unregulated field.
This is so dangerous for anyone but especially people with undiagnosed illnesses. I have ehlers-danlos syndrome but was only recently diagnosed two years ago at 22. Thank god I never saw a chiropractor, it could easily paralyze or even kill people like me. AND THE ANIMALS? as a raw feeder I’ve handled quail many times and their bones are so fucking tiny, that poor birb 😭
I have ehlers-danlos too and I was super worried about having a chiropractic appointment because my mom (who also has eds) ended up with serious joint damage from a sketchy chiropractor she went to as a teen. I was fortunate though because it turned out that he had worked with other eds patients and he did the adjustment differently.
I have a connective tissue disease too and wasn't diagnosed until I was 21, but was forced into going to a chiropractor after a severe car accident as a 5 year old (yes, you read that correctly, five years old). They told me it wouldn't hurt but would "Sound like popcorn", and I thought they were a doctor so I trusted them... They did a single adjustment on my back and I screamed out in pain so loudly that the chiropractor physically jumped away from me. They got extremely angry at me because I refused to let them touch me again while crying and shaking, and my parents punished me for "making a scene" even though they're the ones who forced me to do it in the first place. Ever since then, I have had a solid several inches of my back with no feeling on the outside of my skin, but a constant burning and electrical sensation underneath. There is nothing that can relieve it, and I'm terrified of even going into chiropractic offices after what happened. Our bodies are so much more sensitive than people realize, especially when you have something like EDS or Arthritis.
4:53 to 5:02 Dude, I almost thought this was footage of her final moments on that table. That was horrifying to watch. I am laughing at this, but in the same time horrified to imagine that this chiropractor is literally a mishap away of killing someone on that table.
I'm laughing at this because of the fact that I'm uncomfortable with what he's doing. I want to go into the beauty or body (chiropractic and massage) industry and I'm terrified of doing what he did to that poor lady. As other comments have said, chiropractic care should be uncomfortable at most not painful
The chiropractic order in my region sued physical therapists claiming "y'all can't do manipulations and manual therapy, that's our thing." They lost, but now there's a rivalry... which this guy certainly isn't helping by violating so many contraindications it's causing ME pain through a SCREEN.
That dude definitely isn't a chiropractor. That's not scoliosis. That's KYPHOSIS, a dog's tail is its SPINAL EXTENSION, and babies' bones are INCREDIBLY FRAGILE. What he's doing is more comparable to assault.
I only finished two years of studying neuroscience before dropping out but god i know enough to never trust a chiropractor wym you don't need a medical degree for that
no actually I might go on a rant here WHY are chiropractors allowed to mess with your SPINE without at least an M.D. in neurology like HELLO????? I hate chiropractors with a burning passion why are we adjusting TODDLERS AND NEWBORNS THEY HAVE NOTHING TO ADJUST
OK WLECOME TO HERA'S LIVE COMMENTARY LMAO BUT THE DOG?????? THE DOG????????????? NOT ONLY DOES THIS MAN NOT HAVE AN M.D. BUT HE DEFINITELY DOESNT HAVE AN UNDERSTANDING OF ANIMAL BIOLOGY COMPARED TO PEOPLE AAAAAAAAAAAAA LEAVE THE DOG ALONE GOOD FUCKING LORD
yeah so, i had a cerebellar stroke last year (because of random reasons and bad luck) but i discovered the community of people that had suffered these type of strokes and mainly due VAD or CAD (vertebral or carotid artery dissection). Most of the american people who are in these communities and had VAD/CAD cerebellar strokes had them because a chiropractor manipulated their necks and broke their neck arteries. so, yeah, chiropractors are extremely dangerous and could and HAVE left people with permanent damage and could even cause deaths... sometimes people get cerebellar strokes when they're in crashes or fall on their necks, but those are accidents... imagine paying a pseudo "doctor" to kill you. so take care of your necks.
That's so sad to hear :( I absolutely HATE that chiropractors are allowed to operate. They're so predatory, they need to be very regulated because the spine is SUCH an incredibly important part of the body. And they're doing this to people who are looking for help 🤬 they're evil ghouls
My friend's mom died of a stroke after a neck adjustment when we were like 15. She was in her late 30s and healthy. "Chiropractic care" killed her. Crazy this profession still exists and people are so flippant about having their spines manipulated like that 😳
@@heidileigh7023 AND they get away with it. i've read of many people pursuing legal action that get dismissed because it's not regulated like it should.
7:12 fresh outta the womb with back pain, I can answer this. My mother was in a car accident when she was preggo with me, we were ok, but I was born with just one of my vertebrae out of line, never had scoliosis, but we think this accident was the origin. Doctors don’t wanna mess with it because it would be more dangerous to mess with than to just leave it alone. However sometimes doctors prescribe or recommend chiropractic treatment. Cracking joints helps folks feel better. Lawyers also recommend it because after accidents it helps in small claims. Personally chiropractic stuff like this sketches me out. But I also don’t like massages so I could be bias against it. Hollistics are meant to be used alongside medical research not in substitute.
Yeah i wouldn't be surprised if those parents went to him because they agreed with his views on things and didn't trust regular doctors I'm gonna hope he was just cheep and they didn't do enough research into him and they weren't aware of his lack of training
@@aubrey_animations9880 i think it’s too highly regarded in the medical industry with little to no evidence of its success rates. like how i referenced its use in court proceedings as treatment for personal injuries. sketches me out too much to take up a referral to one. i think it’s more likely to cause injury than treat one. one wrong move and a patient can end up paralyzed.
@@aubrey_animations9880 i get what you’re saying, sounds like a foolish decision on their part. i mean not all doctors are trustworthy, but that’s why i’d shop around. if for whatever reason i don’t trust a doctor i find a different one. there’s certain things in the medical industry i don’t trust and would never consent to. but in every industry there is a gonna be sketchy stuff here and there. no reason to write off all modern medicine over that. holistic practices were medicinal before modern medicine, some of it is useful in treating some symptoms but without modern medicine we’d never survive some ailments or infections out there. they can go hand in hand, i think it’s up to whatever an individual is most comfortable with. but nobody should write off all modern medicine (or all holistic treatments) just based on the stuff that sketches them out. even if one treatment is sketchy there’s alternates for almost anything in modern medicine. folks should really shop around til they find the right doctor. there’s legitimate doctors with education that even practice holistic treatments. so theyres really a variety out there. chiropractors tho, aren’t doctors. personally i go to the real doctor for everything, but if something natural can alleviate symptoms i’ll give it a shot, alongside treatment. one time i caught a skin infection, completely drug resistant. all the creams prescribed only irritated it more and spread it. only thing that worked was holistic remedies because that was the only thing left to try with the strain being so resistant. this likely only worked because of the type of infection it was, so only topical creams were available. it wasn’t bacterial so antibiotics wouldn’t have made an impact. but atleast it worked. so i can’t brush off natural remedies too easily after that. but idk how anyone could trust a doctor based on their personal beliefs alone, when it comes to a doctor i judge them based on how they treat me, and their skill. i want a doctor who knows what they’re doing. the doc could believe that santa claus makes a special delivery on the eve of his own birthday if he’s in bed by 8pm every year for all i care as long as he knows how to fix whatevers causing the check engine light in my body to flash. i’ve had bad doctors before too. docs that ignored serious symptoms causing complications later, and doctors that didn’t listen to me, doctors that pressured me into getting on a birth control, which i cannot take because it makes me very very Ill. tried 8 different kinds of the pill. i hate the idea of those implants they use. don’t want any of it, and i don’t need it either. it’s not like it’s the only form of protection out there. i just don’t like how it gets pushed on me when its only ever made me sick. Even when they know this they still try to sell me on it. doesn’t work because i remember how it made me throw up everyday among other awful reactions. some doctors need to actually listen to their patients. more folks would trust the medical industry if doctors paid attention to how their patients felt. when they don’t listen it makes the industry look bad, and it makes going to the doctor more stressful, and even scary for some.
That older woman made me want to cry! I don't know if I believe she even has scoliosis since a lot of older people get hunches like that and it's usually osteoporosis related, which would mean cracking her like that would ge even WORSE since her bones would be weaker. Like the toddler and animals were bad because there's no reason for them to need something like this but at least they didn't seem to be in pain 😭
ALSO who the hell finds a paralyzed quail and instead of finding a wildlife sanctuary to take them to, says to themselves "Oh let's take them to our chiropractor"???
@@KH-zr6pt the only way I've seen an animal treated for paralysis is with somewhat extreme enforced immobility. Moving it around like that would ensure permanent irreversible damage. Anyone who knew anything about spine damage would know that. Maybe I have more education. I have an long expired massage cert from CA and many years ago I worked in animal rescue.
i want everyone watching this video to remember that the guy who basically invented this entire profession said a ghost passed the information onto him. it's always been this bad.
To anybody who is unaware there are certain veins and arteries in your neck that make chiropractic very dangerous, you can legit pass away from a stroke right after
I'm not very impressionable but I feel terrible for this old woman, I really hope she's... alive at least, don't know how much okay can you be after that.
Chiropractic care is always conflicting. There's a lot of pseudoscience intertwined in it, but i know that people do genuinely find relief. It can genuinely help with pinched nerves and minor things like that. Its not meant to be the solution for serious conditions like scoliosis and absolutely NOT meant for dogs!
There is no scientific backing to chiropractic but those that do find relief, it's usually because the "good" chiros will mix in massotherapy and physiotherapy so it's likely those aspects of it that helped them. The placebo effect can also be pretty strong too.
Some chiropractors who don't cause harm probably exist, but they have the highest ratio of extremely dangerous quacks compared to any real medical specialty. There is never a reason to see a chiropractor because a real Physical Therapist can do better safer care for anything you think you'd want to see a chiro for.
2:03 I could feel it through the screen. Sorry I almost clicked off because I physically felt the cracks. 😢😢😢 I hope she’s ok and she gets proper medical help.
2:28 to be fair, getting adjusted for the first few times can be really painful. I was involved in a Major car accident a few years ago and the first maybe 6-7 times I got adjusted for my whiplash and it felt AWFUL … until it felt amazing lol.
There’s a huge reason that when I got diagnosed with scoliosis at 11, my mom REFUSED to take me to a chiropractor when I asked about it. Even when it worsened and I was in a back brace through middle school. I’m so grateful I never got brought to one of these hacks, I’d much rather have my now painlessly curved spine than to be manhandled by these people calling themselves doctors. I’d probably have a shit ton more medical issues if I had gotten to go to a chiropractor.
The sound of that first neck adjustment is the most jarring, destructive, blood-curdling, bone-tingling, catastrophic, splitting crack I have ever heard in my life. It sounds like it was dubbed over with a bone breaking sound effect.
Chiropractic care is actually terrifying. There is no real science behind adjusting joints like that. In fact, specifically getting adjustments of your neck is horror. There is a pretty substantial risk of having a stroke or dissecting arteries in the neck. Like the risk isn’t specifically for people at risk of those things, but genuinely the risk is even there for those who are fully healthy and have no problems with strokes and dissecting arteries. Also chiropractors are more likely to push treatments and medications that aren’t backed by science and are more… snake oil type vibes 😵💫
While I think this is true for many chiropractors. Some are extremely helpful I've had back problems my whole life and the chiropractor I am currently going to did X-rays before and after treatment and not only have I been able to see improvement visually but physically as well I am doing so much better. I can actually walk around and hike without pain for the first time in years. This dude is 120% a piece of sudo science delusional trash.
@@SiriusBigbaddayeah it can help people but with how little scientific backing it has it’s more like a dice roll to see if it makes things better or worse
actually there are some instances where babies can benefit from a chiropractor if it’s done correctly. sometimes their spines get slightly misaligned during vaginal child birth, it can be pretty physically taxing for the baby. this happened to one of my friend’s kids. the baby wouldn’t stop crying so her mom took her to the doctor and was then referred to a chiropractor. after the adjustment, she stopped crying profusely
My parents are doctors and they would constantly tell us horror stories about the amount of patients they saw who ended up needing major surgery and having broken bones after visiting chiropractors. Do not trust them as far as you can throw them.
Multiple types of doctorates exist, including MD, DO, PhD, etc. While most people associate the word "doctor" exclusively with medical doctors, it just denotes a person's education level in their given field, whatever field that may be. The issue is what the doctorate is in. For example, a person with a Ph.D. in art history is a doctor, but that doesn't mean you should go to them for your annual check-up. However, I think that there are a lot of chiropractors who intentionally exploit the association between the word "doctor" and medicine. I know people with doctorates in various non-medical fields, and they typically introduce themselves as Firstname Lastname, Ph.D., and then subsequently are referred to as Dr. Lastname. They never describe themselves as "doctors" because that word doesn't say anything about what they actually *do*, just their education level. The difference is that their fields make it obvious that they aren't medical doctors. Chiropractors present themselves as health care professionals while also calling themselves doctors. The fact that these chiropractors are referring to themselves as doctors without explaining what they mean by the word "doctor" is at best slimy and at worst outright.
Chiropractory is about on par with a massage when it's DONE CORRECTLY. Unfortunately, many people aren't properly qualified, and even if they are, there are still tons of risk. It's probably better and safer just getting a good massage.
Yeah I sometimes watch Mondragon chiropractic and she literally does more lymphatic type massaging, and releasing fascia than actually cracking anything, and she never violently tries to remove someone’s head off their neck.
Accupuncture too. My physical therapist is trained to and certified for accupuncture and electro-therapy (like a Tems machine!) and because of this what she does has actually, genuinely helped. (I have joint hypermobility, thus is prone to injury and have a chronic injury in my primary wrist. Jabbing needles in the right spots (not pressure points), can trigger the body to scramble and repair the injury. This is called dry needling)
I haven’t finished watching but THANK YOU for calling out how sexual chiropractor’s content is! It’s really hard to get into the ASMR relaxed zone when I’m worried about whether or not a patient was actually comfortable with the way his/her/their body was recorded and put out online.

About 10 years ago I went with my sister when she brought her 1 year old daughter to one of her many chiropractor appts because of constipation. It was all very weird to me. Especially when he held her upside down. Turns out the constipation was due to Celiac disease. Ruh ruh.
I don't think a baby should go through that type of treatment cus their bodies are so small and fragile it could hurt them more than help, even if it was just for the shit's and giggles 😭 Edit: ON A BIRD?!?!?
My dad's an ex-chiropractor (can't do it anymore because it hurts his own body too much to do adjustments all day every day) but I never really cared to learn much about it, but from what I saw he always was doing chiropractic stuff with people who had been in like car accidents and stuff and their bones were shifted or something weird idk, I dunno how helpful he actually was, but a lot of people said they felt a lot better afterwards and he never had them stay for longer than necessary. This guy however is doing like everything my dad wouldn't do ghdhjd Like he's treating it more like just a funky thing to do for fun, especially with the animals???? Like my dad told me he had to do a lot of training and stuff with human anatomy, and it never included animals. A chiropractor has no place "treating" animals at all. They aren't trained in animal anatomy and this guy isn't even pretending to be treating anything that needs it because the baby and animals are not in need of any treatment and if they are he probably has no idea what the treatment they actually would need is it just seems like he's goofing off and if he's not careful he literally could kill one of them he's literally cracking their necks if he's not careful he could do seriously awful if not fatal damage

There have been so many cases of people who have spinal injuries not walking out of chiropractic offices... or being wheeled out in a chair. And thank gods I ain’t never been to one and now never will for sure 😅🥲
Chiropractors are doctors, of course they have a degree.
Someone might have already said this but that isn’t scoliosis, that’s kyphosis. So that kinda says a lot about the extent of this dude’s knowledge about anatomy and physiology.
What do you expect from someone that isn’t recognized in the field as being real doctor and hasn’t put in the years required for schooling and training? lol
For anyone that doesn’t know, just look up the origins on how chiropractors started … some really kooky stuff.

Mhm! Chiropractors can be very good, especially for disabilities and chronic pain, but research is needed and if they have a tiktok, run!!
If they have a tik tok it feels they tend to not only do needless extreme positions, they seem to try to get the loudest cracks possible, that's what trends in the chiropractic tik tok and its obviously dangerous, I can't imagine doing it to babies and pets, you could easily kill them
As a british person, i can confirm that calling someone a nonce is not the worst thing you will hear in the UK 😭😭

But I also don’t like massages so I could be bias against it.

there’s certain things in the medical industry i don’t trust and would never consent to.
but in every industry there is a gonna be sketchy stuff here and there. no reason to write off all modern medicine over that.
holistic practices were medicinal before modern medicine, some of it is useful in treating some symptoms but without modern medicine we’d never survive some ailments or infections out there. they can go hand in hand, i think it’s up to whatever an individual is most comfortable with.
but nobody should write off all modern medicine (or all holistic treatments) just based on the stuff that sketches them out.
even if one treatment is sketchy there’s alternates for almost anything in modern medicine.
folks should really shop around til they find the right doctor.
there’s legitimate doctors with education that even practice holistic treatments. so theyres really a variety out there.
chiropractors tho, aren’t doctors.
personally i go to the real doctor for everything, but if something natural can alleviate symptoms i’ll give it a shot, alongside treatment.
one time i caught a skin infection, completely drug resistant. all the creams prescribed only irritated it more and spread it.
only thing that worked was holistic remedies because that was the only thing left to try with the strain being so resistant.
this likely only worked because of the type of infection it was, so only topical creams were available. it wasn’t bacterial so antibiotics wouldn’t have made an impact.
but atleast it worked. so i can’t brush off natural remedies too easily after that.
but idk how anyone could trust a doctor based on their personal beliefs alone, when it comes to a doctor i judge them based on how they treat me, and their skill. i want a doctor who knows what they’re doing. the doc could believe that santa claus makes a special delivery on the eve of his own birthday if he’s in bed by 8pm every year for all i care as long as he knows how to fix whatevers causing the check engine light in my body to flash.
i’ve had bad doctors before too. docs that ignored serious symptoms causing complications later, and doctors that didn’t listen to me, doctors that pressured me into getting on a birth control, which i cannot take because it makes me very very Ill. tried 8 different kinds of the pill. i hate the idea of those implants they use.
don’t want any of it, and i don’t need it either. it’s not like it’s the only form of protection out there.
i just don’t like how it gets pushed on me when its only ever made me sick.
ALSO who the hell finds a paralyzed quail and instead of finding a wildlife sanctuary to take them to, says to themselves "Oh let's take them to our chiropractor"???
she needs osteopathic treatment not chiropractic holy shit :(

Chiropractic care is always conflicting. There's a lot of pseudoscience intertwined in it, but i know that people do genuinely find relief. It can genuinely help with pinched nerves and minor things like that. Its not meant to be the solution for serious conditions like scoliosis and absolutely NOT meant for dogs!
There is no scientific backing to chiropractic but those that do find relief, it's usually because the "good" chiros will mix in massotherapy and physiotherapy so it's likely those aspects of it that helped them. The placebo effect can also be pretty strong too.
Go to a real physical therapist. The whole field of chiropractic “care” is pseudoscience
Some chiropractors who don't cause harm probably exist, but they have the highest ratio of extremely dangerous quacks compared to any real medical specialty. This is one of my new favorite videos of yours, which is so weird when I think about what we just watched.

@SusNation90reported for spam
I appreciate you making this comment because I was legit concerned that people don’t realize how many types of “doctors” there are
@notville_ How are you cooler you have 29 subscribers
Literally OBSESSED with your channel since i found it yesterday 😂😂😂😂😅
12:48 ngl that’s a shockingly good shaq impression
I haven’t finished watching but THANK YOU for calling out how sexual chiropractor’s content is! It’s really hard to get into the ASMR relaxed zone when I’m worried about whether or not a patient was actually comfortable with the way his/her/their body was recorded and put out online.
4:53 _"Yeah...~"_ as he snaps her neck making the most uncomfortable crackle noise I've ever heard.
HELP I SHOULDNT BE LAUGHING 😭
no, but i feel so bad for the people/pets that have to go through that 😭😭
i am soooo in love w cooper it’s wild. i’m so glad he helped me stomach these videos but all of the bones in my body feel wrong now. why are they in my body but great video! that old lady vid traumatized me in 2021 but i’m not mad at cooper reminding me of it!!! anyway!!! my back hurts!!!
with the bird one, I used to own chickens and that "pultruding bone" IS NORMAL
Seeing this elderly lady in so much pain was so upsetting
Your videos literally have me laughing OUT loud. Genuine, good laughter. 😂😅
cooper using a brooklyn nine nine clip makes me full of so much, so much, SO MUCH, serotonin
About 10 years ago I went with my sister when she brought her 1 year old daughter to one of her many chiropractor appts because of constipation. It was all very weird to me. Especially when he held her upside down. Turns out the constipation was due to Celiac disease. Ruh ruh.
I don't think a baby should go through that type of treatment cus their bodies are so small and fragile it could hurt them more than help, even if it was just for the shit's and giggles 😭
Edit: ON A BIRD?!?!?
This. I think it could only make sense if its done by like a neurogolost or smth
The HUBRIS of this man to "adjust" a bird
My dad's an ex-chiropractor (can't do it anymore because it hurts his own body too much to do adjustments all day every day) but I never really cared to learn much about it, but from what I saw he always was doing chiropractic stuff with people who had been in like car accidents and stuff and their bones were shifted or something weird idk, I dunno how helpful he actually was, but a lot of people said they felt a lot better afterwards and he never had them stay for longer than necessary.
This guy however is doing like everything my dad wouldn't do ghdhjd
Like he's treating it more like just a funky thing to do for fun, especially with the animals???? Like my dad told me he had to do a lot of training and stuff with human anatomy, and it never included animals. A chiropractor has no place "treating" animals at all. They aren't trained in animal anatomy and this guy isn't even pretending to be treating anything that needs it because the baby and animals are not in need of any treatment and if they are he probably has no idea what the treatment they actually would need is it just seems like he's goofing off and if he's not careful he literally could kill one of them he's literally cracking their necks if he's not careful he could do seriously awful if not fatal damage
THE THUMBNAIL FOR THIS HAS ME CRYING OHMYGOD COOPER😭😭😭
you have theater kid energy, i don't know how to explain it but it's just theater kid
That describes him perfectly!
Accurate description xD
