Filmed on February 13, 2020: I can’t think of a better way to upload this for April Fools’ Day! Facebook: / jimlielevators My Website: jimlielevators.weebly.com/ (C) JimLiElevators 2020
I would say it's got some other issue in the old days of the cell phones in the 80s and 90s if you got that from your cell phone it usually meant your service was not activated or they shut it off because you didn't pay your bill, and so on. The only other place I've seen that is with our MagicJack landline service for some reason when someone leaves a message on our answering machine or if they don't leave a message at all and hang up after the greeting it will make that some noise for about 2-3 seconds.
that happens when the call is disconnected. Someone used it to make a call and the elevator is not hanging up the call. Same thing happens if you leave a regular old type phone off the hook.
I think they're better using a memco unit. I think those would be much better then Thyssenkrupp's unit. Thyssenkrupp do surely have crap alarm autodialers, I know because I've been stuck in both Thyssenkrupp lifts at school and the alarm's on both would have autodialer would make funny sounds upon rsset but not call anyone thankfully I did get out with the aid of random people and electricians nearby. Though to be honest a company Thyssenkrupp is I don't think they care about it much.
Okay, well this has nothing to do with the video and probably not everyone would need to know that. I decided to approve it this time based on the first word, but I could’ve already permanently deleted that comment by now.

Well, I Guess that ThysssenKrupp often gets spam calls more than Schindler. I got a spam call on a ThyssenKrupp elevator once
That reminds me of the New Otis series 2 at fort bend community church building 3
MEGA OOF TO THE PHONE. RIP PHONE
That's unusual. You should be able to press the phone button to cancel.
Just so you know it’s a busy tone

Someone pressed the button I guess
No, it went off automatically.
Well, the phone was beeping for timeout (the other party didn’t answer/reject)
This elevator is definitely in need of some attention since they rushed to build it. Which is the reason it doesn’t function properly.
Have you ever had a telemarketer call an elevator while you’re filming it
No, this was the only one.
Did you press the emergency button tell me the truth
No I definitely did not. It was already going off when I got inside the elevator cab.
The phone probably randomly activated itself. I've seen videos of other elevators that had phone turning itself on.
The phone’s just messing around. It is, after all, April Fools. 8)
Woah anyway got a new camera

Just like the one on a Otis series 7
It's actually newer Series 2 that you are referring to. It's the one at my church.
@@JimLiElevators Your awesome Jim I filmed a youtube video for you and it's a Otis series 5! Check it out!
