I recently watched the original video and now this one. I first thought you had another manufacturing problem, but it turns out it is the same video, but with better editing and music. Looking forward to your growing skill in presenting your professionalism on youtube.
Sometimes the special affects are not needed when people need a professional to calm their fears about problems, just speed up the video with the speeded up sound. No need to pay copyright music that way😊.
    Good job

Super helpful! Schluter thermostat is reading 170 right now though floor is cold. Seems like we all got the same bad batch of sensors.

Yes, That was exactly the situation we ran into. Were you able to contact Schluter and get a tech out there?

Thank you for sharing the video. We have floor heating in our shower and it was working fine for about 2 months. Now the temp reads 72 and it shows that it is trying to heat to 82 but the floor is not heating. If the shower is on the temp reading does go up assuming from the warm water but it goes right back down afterwards. Could it be a faulty sensor or is there another reason why the heating cables are not triggering?

It sounds like there is another error in the system. A simple resetting of the thermostat device may work. Does the floor ever get warm? or does it stay cold?

Nice video! I have question , did you call schluter company than they come and mark where the thermostat was!!!?? Thanks

Thank you! Yes, Schluter has a special tracing device that can read through the floor and see the wires. They then mark it out on the floor for us. Finally, we surgically break apart the tile being carful not to damage the wire.
