    All of your foods look so delicious😍Can you suggest other good protein powders apart from Be well by Kelly? I can't find it in Europe and also it's too pricey for my budget.

    Love these high protein meals! I'm usually a savory breakfast person but have recently gotten into yogurt bowls and they are so good! I like adding protein powder as well as some of my supplements like probiotics and vitamin D. Also my fiancé does the same thing as your husband, not eating lunch until 4 or 5pm sometimes. He works from home and just gets so caught up with work, I have to remind him to eat lunch!

    such great ideas on protein packed meals and snacks, love this very very much!!! just a little reminder that everybody has different requirements of protein depending on bodyweigh and levels of daily physical activity and for those with kidney conditions should consult a professional nutricionist to set a daily protein goal that won't compromise your kidneys

      Cosigning as an MD, came here to say the same. In general we do want protein rich diets but more and more isn’t necessarily better AND can actually be harmful to the kidneys :-/ Just want her and her viewers to be aware

      given a not so great relationship with my body many years ago, I don't count macros/calories and just focus as much as possible on quality of ingredients and listening to my body!!!

    Having more than 40 grams of protein per meal doesnt make sence. The body cant absorb that much protein at once even for a professional athete. But everything looks delicius

      I had the same thought and as a biologist I know that taking more protein than the amount the body can absorb can cause liver problems so I would like to listen to her opinion on that because I love her content and she really shows a balanced healthy diet but this with protein is weird

      This is a common myth. The body can absorb more than that per meal
