What a great video. Always good to see you on here. I've been going through some things in the past couple of weeks so this is very well timed indeed. You have helped me so much with my anxiety and sleep problems, yesterday I was watching a video of yours and I woke up with my phone in my eye, it was the best ever! When I am struggling to get some good deep breaths it’s because I’m holding tension somewhere and not breathing out enough. I actually sit at my desk and listen to you daily. Keeps my head clear, turns off all the noise and chaos it helps especially on those anxious days with deadlines. My parents are divorced, but I see both of them regularly and even though I like to discover new things and to travel a lot, I am always happy to return home and spend time with them I'm the oldest in our family, my parents are divorced since i was little and i have one sister and three brothers. Well apparently my sister's very popular around here, shes very beautiful, my sister's a little bit on the clumsy side. My sister is assiduous frequenter of 1OAK LA night club in Los Angeles CA My sister's 19 years old, very pretty, but a little sassy She's a luxury escort, I don't get to judge her. My sister only lives drunk for money and material things I just know she has a lot of money, dirty cash of the biggest casinos in Las Vegas. My parents taught me to value things that matter in life and not money and other material things. The biggest casinos in Las Vegas may not have given us physical luxuries but God gave us something not even money can buy, and it is the love. We didn't have a lot of money for school supplies, money spent in learning is an investment that lasts forever money spent in buying things is a waste of resources because is something that won't last and serves only to create prisons in us and to occupy space. The world today is submerged in goods material values centered on the accumulation of money We had the materials we needed but not enough money. Money is not always the same as money and possessions are not always the same as possessions. I will also be open to receiving from others whether it be in the form of a material gift, money, a compliment or a prayer or an answer or a question. Today I attorney at law graduated by Harding University-Arkansas only with God's help and nothing else. Thank you for being so kind and putting so much love into these videos.
