      Its a bit difficult when ppl decide to only go by [name] so u can use any pronoun or neo pronoun. Probably the most difficult thing to adjust to when it comes to identity and referring.

      i want to be a art teacher when i'm older. in my class we will be a LGBTQ+ safe space. and if anyone is rude. they are asked to drop out or try to be more positive and open. any genders are welcome, all sexuality's are welcome, any race or religion is a-okay. atheist? i'm one to! we all have our own beliefs and lives. why let others change it? wanna talk after school about anime or something? sure! i'd love to. phone? tablet? computer? allowed to have that out. your a furry? i wanna see your suit! video maker? cool! me to! all assignments are free draws for the 3 first weeks. but i will be following the assignments that the students have to do aswell. but taking off the ones that may be to hard to do, or i can't keep in the schedule. i have a sick day? tell the sub my rules unless they old. strict older sub? unfun sub? *chaos chaos!* your finished with your work? cool! show me and i'll put the grade in! to loud? you can go outside or to the library. digital artist? here's a drawing tablet and computer. here's a phone, and here's a tablet. here your supplies and styluses. take what you like but return it. i'll bring your favorite sweet! do t like sweets? favorite food then! dietary restrictions? no prob! everyone is safe here unless they mean.
      and most importantly...
      and every graded quiz and test will be a kahoot or quizziz.

    I am genderfluid and on a test we needed to fill one of the two boxes, one said man and the other woman…… I added another box and wrote other and filled this one. Turned out it was for statistics and those answers were needed for the ministry of education in my country😂😅

    I worked as an usher at an events centre, and I made a point of starting announcements with "Esteemed Guests" or something along those lines, rather than "Ladies and Gentlemen".
    There was this one time that when I finished the announcement, I heard this adorable little old lady turn to her friend and say "oooh, did you hear that? We're /esteemed guests/. I feel so special!" She sounded so pleased. It made my whole shift lol.

    When my little sister was like 5 years old, she had an imaginary friend whom she referred to as a "brother-sister" and I am constantly amazed that a 5-year-old had an enby imaginary friend at a time in her life where she possibly didn't know that was a real thing.
    side note: the imaginary friend also had pink hair, I am unclear on whether it canonically was dyed or just naturally pink

      This just made me realize I need to update my announcement on the train... Most days I just say “welcome to this train...” but sometimes I say “welcome, ladies and gentlemen, big amd small” (bad translation, but you get it).     I am non binary, I came out to my friends when covid restrictions were still preventing us from getting together. The first time one of my friends come over to my house since telling him, he sees my closest door is open and notices it’s a very nice walk in closet and just goes “Yo is that the closet you came out of” me and the other two of my friends there burst into laughter.

    I like "fellow humanoids" as a way to address people. My friend said it once, and I've been using it ever since. I mean, I *could* just say "fellow humans," but "humanoid" is so much funnier.

      as somebody who does not use he/him, she/her or they/them and uses old gender-neutral pronouns such as ze/hir, co/cos, thon/thons, ip/ips, etc. i entirely agree with this. i would also like to add that i love when people try to call me a snowflake or that my pronouns are made up, etc. because i can simply reply with "they used my pronouns in the 1800's" and blow their minds

      I get called thude now. Some people just call me human out of nowhere. And when I asked someone to give me a gender neutral term for boyfriend/girlfriend they said "Yesfriend" and I literally shed a tear.

Wouldn't "acquaintances and people who have no idea who is talking right now" still be a valid binary, more fitting, less bewildering and at least give your enemies a false sense of security (i mean, you'd still know who isn't on your side)?
      And what is considered "being with you"?
      Someone might agree with everything but a single minor point, does that make them an enemy? Someone might disagree with everything but a single minor point, does that make them a friend?
      And wouldn't it make you your own enemy if you need to think about what is the right thing for you? ^_^

    My brother is trans and really supportive of me slowly coming out as nonbinary, he knows I’m uncomfortable around gendered terms so when I showed him a picture of me wearing a plaid men’s shirt tucked into jeans and a binder with my hair tucked into a beanie he responded “no gender, only ✨sexy✨” and that has become my favourite way of referring to myself from this point on

      My dyslexic mom remembers struggling with the feminist led language change from just "he" to "he/she" and now she's struggling with the shift to "they" but she's trying! I think it's interesting and important to remember that for the older generations, the phrasing "he/she" was feminist, liberal, modern, and inclusive - so older people who use that and struggle with "they" are NOT inherently ignorant and bigoted.
