Rode Wireless Go Issue - Transmitter No Longer Pairs With Receiver

I've had this Rode Wireless go for 5 months, bought new in August 2021 off Amazon from the Rode Store. It has worked perfectly until yesterday, Jan 9, 2022. Let me know if you have had the same issue and what you did to resolve it. I have sent an email to Rode Support and am waiting to hear back. In the mean time I am considering purchasing the cheapest wireless from Amazon, the Bietrun WXM22. Anyone have experience with this unit?

I swap out the battery for a new one, I would put the Tx bat to the Rx bat, and if the problem follows it, that will be hte battery. if it does not then its clearly the unit.

Dude! I watched a video on changing the battery (which I think may very well be the issue)! Scary! If I don't get it resolved through Rode then I'll cut 'er open!

I have thw wireless go II and one of my transmitters is doing the same thing. Was rode able to help you?

No, because I got mine on Amazon from an unauthorized seller. Buyer beware...
