Did you get update e-mail from UDI every month? Is it just saying your application is still waiting to be processed? Did they tell you when they start to process it by email?

Hi Vergie what is exactly papers you mean ?? For applying FAMILY REUNIFICATION VISA u have to submit your papers to UDI ,
If u want to report your marriage to PH. Then u can apply to philippine embassy in Norway then u can apply for passport if u changed ur last name.

Hi thank you 😃 You can only stay in NORWAY if you applied & waiting for your FR VISA to be approve kahit na expired na ang current visa mo means you can stay but you cannot work & go outside Norway.
hi I have some concerns for example I'm already married while on Au Pair visa right? but my contract will expire on May 2020 the problem is if the schedule to apply for the visa in UDI before or within the month of May is full already can I still schedule my appointment po after May? even my contract is expired and I can wait here in Norway because I'm already married and have paid the application but just late in my schedule appointment for UDI? is that possible?
Hi my best advice is always check UDI portal for appointment, for rescheduling it earlier bfore your visa expiration ( to be safe - sometimes may biglang vacant na early schedules available, so always check it) As long as you already applied in UDI and waiting for your appointment I knew you can stay in Norway for awhile but dpends on your situation, But its still best to email or call UDI as they always update new rules + policies regarding this matter( just to be sure) Thankyou 💐

Should we need a birth certificate for applying dependent visa
Hi if its your first time applying at UDI you need to provide a BC with apostille , But if you already submitted before you dont need to. However its always best to rely on the UDI checklist once you apply for your visa.

Hi Roxxy Jo ,Your norwegian husband can sponsor you thru family immigration visa you just need to log in & apply at the UDI portal they have a checklist guide of what documents that you two need to provide. Goodluck on your application 😊

I dontthink there is a certain age. As long as you can prove that you can support yourself to stay in Norway then you can get a visa to stay..

You can apply for a Family Visa if you have a family who is norwegian citizen or holding a valid residence permit in Norway & have a source of income.

Hi , yes for application fee po yan & nagttaas pa po sila in the next coming year - dpende po sa UDI kung ilang yrs ang bbgay nila sayo ‘

Hi Roxxy, depends on your situation, First are u going to marry a norwegian citizen then just follow those steps. But you have to report your marriage to the Norwegian authorities in the PH, so you can use that for applying visa at UDI, You can check the UDI portal for more info , just search the keyword Family Immigration / Married to Norwegian etc.

Hi we submit 1yr. payslip - You must have an income of at least. NOK 264 264 per year pre-tax. now. In addition, your income last year must have been at about the same level & at leas You must have a home where the applicant can live together with you. U can check more info at UDI website under family immigration.

Yes you can! but case to case basis, You must have at leas bachelor -diploma when u are planning to get married in Norway, but the best choice is to apply for a fiancee visa so you have enough time for your wedding preparations & you can stay in Norway after your fiancee visa expired if u applied for FR

Hi if you are refering to Family Immigration Visa then your sponsor (husband) can apply you on the UDI website then you’ll submit all the needed documents in the PH. at Norwegian Embassy in Manila then they will forward it to Bangkok UDI.

@@cristinaleepink yes u can do that, I did report of marriage to Ph embassy in Norway after 2yrs ksi I have to wait for my visa expiration ( sayang naman ) but you have to pay for a delayedreport fees.

Hi if you are in Norway u can apply for marriage license so u can get married in Norway but if u are outside Norway and planning ti get married in norway then u have to apply for Fiancee visa then u have to get married within 3mos. Hope that helps thankyou

@@honeychannel9252 Hi Honey if you have DIPLOMA with you, you can apply for FR visa and you can stay in Norway while waiting for your FR visa . I advise you to apply for FR ASAP weeks before your visa expired - so you dont need to go back to PH
