Hi Sharen.. The declaration of no marriage form can be downloaded online (from skattetaten.com) and it has to be signed by your husband to be so you can just prepare it in advance. Your question made me think though, maybe you were thinking that your fiance has to provide a sort of 'certification of no marriage', in which case, there is no need if he's a Norwegian citizen, skatt already has records so only our cenomar as a foreign citizen is required. 🙂 Just sharing.. ☺ thanks for your question.. ☺

Hello mam.. Thanks for reaching out. Yes it is possible to get married here in Norway. But applying family reunification here in Norway using tourist visa, like I did, it is a requirement to have 4 years college/University education in the Philippines, you have a diploma and Transcript of records which I think you are already aware since you've been in UDI already. :) With this application also, no need to go home as long as you apply family immigration before your tourist visa expires. Another option is if you apply fiance visa in your home country instead, so you can just get married here in Norway without worrying to go back to your country while waiting for family immigration to be approved. Regarding about work, no, it is not allowed to work until your application for family immigration is approved. Both family immigration application using tourist visa and fiance visa, you can be together and live here in Norway with your soon to be husband with no problem until the application is approved. As per my experience of how long is the waiting time, it depends of what kind of visa you are applying for and also of what country you came from. In my case, I have given 10 months since I submit my application, until now I'm still waiting for the result. I hope this helps you a bit. Feel free to ask more. :)

And I heard it takes like 4 to 5 weeks para makakuha ng license to get married. So pano po kayo yun? Hello, she can apply for family immigration here in Norway if she meets the requirements. In which case, she should apply before her visa expires. Once application is submitted before visa expiration, your mom can already stay in Norway until she gets the result, no need to go home. But if she doesn't have the necessary requirements then your mom needs to go back in the Philippines and process the family immigration application there instead.

Hello po, yung cenomar po dapat issued ng PSA then after po, ipa-authenticate nyo sa DFA. No need po ng other kind of stamps, DFA lang po nag.aauthenticate nyan.

Hello, there are some options with regards to that annual salary thing in UDI. If your husband did not meet the 300k+ kroner doesn't mean he cannot invite you anymore, income requirement for the last year is only 273,648kr (year 2020) but then you need an original document from NAV that proves your husband did not receive benefit from them.
Reference person should not have received financial assistance from NAV (økonomisk sosial hjelp). On the other hand, I honestly don't know anymore if house own benefit is/is not considered as economic social help. I suggest you confirm it to NAV official website or make a call.
If you dont mind, how long did you know eachother before you was abel to have your visa. What I know Norwgian authorities they want to know everything about our relationship. According to the UDI site. Happy that you guys manage.

To answer your first question about tax, when you two are going to marry in Norway, 'big tax' has nothing to do with it as long as your husband can provide the requirements that UDI asked. Application fee shall be done once you will then apply for family reunification for spouse (this process is after marriage). To answer your next 'question' which is about 'years of working'. There was no specific rules of how long your partner should have been working, UDI only requires about your partner's total income from the last 12 months (300,000kr income requirement). I believe the same requirements shall be complied when you marry out of Norway or it may vary of what country are you from. Since you are planning of marrying in your home country, I suggest you should ask your country's embassy first, they can for sure help you out on what documents you need.

And I heard it takes like 4 to 5 weeks para makakuha ng license to get married. So pano po kayo yun? Allowed naman akong mag stay ng longer ng 30 days kahit waiting pa lang sa license to get married and hindi pa makakapagsubmit ng another family reunification visa ulit kay UDI?

Hello, she can apply for family immigration here in Norway if she meets the requirements. In which case, she should apply before her visa expires. Once application is submitted before visa expiration, your mom can already stay in Norway until she gets the result, no need to go home. But if she doesn't have the necessary requirements then your mom needs to go back in the Philippines and process the family immigration application there instead.

Hello po, depende po kung anong visa mo. Pagkakaalam ko po may DUF number kana before kayo magpapakasal pag fiance visa ang visa mo pero kung tourist visa gaya ng sa case ko, wala po akong DUF number nung time na kinasal ako, saka na po ako nabigyan nung napasa ko na family reunification application ko which is after marriage.

Hello po, yung cenomar po dapat issued ng PSA then after po, ipa-authenticate nyo sa DFA. No need po ng other kind of stamps, DFA lang po nag.aauthenticate nyan.

Hello, there are some options with regards to that annual salary thing in UDI. If your husband did not meet the 300k+ kroner doesn't mean he cannot invite you anymore, income requirement for the last year is only 273,648kr (year 2020) but then you need an original document from NAV that proves your husband did not receive benefit from them.

Hi! Thanks for your question. We've been through chatting for 8 months, without being in a relationship yet. He met me after for the first time in my home country, and few more meet ups after that until we decided to know each other more and lived together for a month. Then I applied for a tourist visa right after he went back in Norway. Think the main point which has bigger chance is you should meet up first in person.

Hello, thanks for your inquiry. To answer your first question about tax, when you two are going to marry in Norway, 'big tax' has nothing to do with it as long as your husband can provide the requirements that UDI asked. Application fee shall be done once you will then apply for family reunification for spouse (this process is after marriage).
To answer your next 'question' which is about 'years of working'. There was no specific rules of how long your partner should have been working, UDI only requires about your partner's total income from the last 12 months (300,000kr income requirement). I believe the same requirements shall be complied when you marry out of Norway or it may vary of what country are you from. Since you are planning of marrying in your home country, I suggest you should ask your country's embassy first, they can for sure help you out on what documents you need.
