I think the price has already appreciated a lot from last 2-3 years. All the builders are selling this story of north bangalore and supply is really huge. You throw a stone at this area and it will hit a builder. Do you think the price is still reasonable from the perspective of 3-4 years? Please guide.
@@SumitKumar-vs6hz If your looking at apartments, go for pre-launch projects now to get maximum appreciation by the time the metro opens in June 2026. The price will not come down only keep going up, as people who have taken home loans and paying interest on that will only resell taking the interest into consideration, cause otherwise it is better to invest in a FD @ 7% interest, which you can liquidate at any time.
