    For your reference I am using one set of 5kg and one set 10kg dumbbells, as well as a yoga block, which I find very useful at isolating the glutes.
    First half of this workout is mainly compound moves with a greater emphasis on upper body, followed by a lower body isolated exercises, where we will switch to heavier weights.
    There is a lot of misleading information out there and I would like to stress that body recomposition takes years not days or weeks. If you want bigger glutes, smaller waist and more defined arms you need to put some dedication and effort in. But above all. Time. Change takes time and patience. No 10min ab workout will shrink your waist ladies. 😊❤

      I place my foot/feet on a large dumbbell. It works well.​@YogirlTTDOINGherbest

    I try to do the second part with 10 kg no way for me, it was even hard with 8kg. You are very strong to do this with 10kg Olivia, you are the best.

    I was going to redo an old pilates session but I found this instead, lucky me ! I loved the way you built this workout : focusing on one muscle, while adding other muscles too and then switching to the next one. It's just brilliant ! I sweated litres and burnt 410 cal, thank you Olivia !!

    Super sweaty workout. Great use of the yoga blocks. I really felt the burn. First half is pretty much upper body and the second half is lower body. Varied weights and burned 273 active calories. 🌸🖤🌸🖤🌸🖤🌸🖤🌸🖤🌸🖤🌸🖤🌸

    Loved this new routine, I burned 252 calories. I love you’re all standing strength workouts so much. I’ve been going through some very serious mental health challenges with my son, but your videos and exercise are really the only things that make me feel good and keep me going right now 🫶🏻😞💕

    Oh damn, i'm covered in sweat, 4k for upper body, wanted to use 8k for lower body, but realized that i was using 10k towards the end. Great, great, great!
