You can definitely see the better resolution in the 640 unit, but for the price, the 384 looks pretty good. It looks every bit as good as my old Zeus 640. Although that unit is a little, shall we say, dated. Do you take trade ins ? 😂
This type of dual lens setup could change the thermal game. Quick question, on the 384 unit when changing to the larger lens for the 4.5 base magnification does it keep the original 384 like on the base 2x as opposed to being cut in half every time you zoom?

The 640 was on a 16” Noveske 308. The 384 was on the new 12.5” CMMG MK47.

Stays 384 at 2x and 4.5x no resolution lost. In fact I think the 4.5 looks better than the 2x
